Purchased over the weekend. I had a great experience with past Member's Mark outdoor furniture, so I didn't hesitate. This is a sturdy, quality set. Very easy to assemble. It took less than an hour. The cushions matched a previous set perfect! It has a very stiff feel as of now, but confident it will break in nicely. We picked up from our local store. It comes in three boxes. We fit all three in the bed of our truck. I was a little concerned about unloading them, but we decided to open the boxes and remove the pieces while they were still loaded. Worked great! Highly recommend this!

Beautiful set but the lighter color does get dirty. I looked at Sunbrella and they advise to use a mild (Dawn) soap detergent to clean the cushions and use a gentle hose to spray off any dirt and let dry in the sun. Sunbrella says their cushions dont hold water so it is safe to clean them this way. I have the ivory color and am going to use their method to clean.

At the beginning of the year, I moved to a house with a big uncovered patio area that was begging for furniture. After much research, I decided on this set. Unaware of the extremely high quality of Member's Mark products, I was elated when unpacking this set. I purchased it 6 months ago, and took the photos today, so this is all 6 months old. But it looks and feels brand new. Please, forgive my gushing over it... PROS 1. It came in 3 huge boxes. I called the delivery people ahead of time and asked them to bring it to the backyard, because I am alone and there is no way I would have been able to move it from the front of the house. They were very kind and put them exactly where I wanted them. 2. The boxes had seams that you just cut through and the sides dropped down and viola! Furniture ready to unpack. Everything was so well packed and easy to unwrap. Even an old lady can unpack and put it all together. I know this because I am an old lady. 3. The frames of the pieces are VERY sturdy. Each individual piece has a weight limit of 500 lbs, That means a lot of people can cram on it and it matter. 4. The rattan is gorgeous. Photos don't do it justice. 5. The cushions are super thick and firm. Top quality that will last a lifetime. And the fabric color has perfect neutrality so it gets along with browns and grays. 6. The fire table is huge and stunning. A real show piece! It was easy to assemble and it is easy to use. And it puts out a lot of heat. I can't wait for winter to get to use it. 7. The bench and ottoman are lightweight and sturdy and super cute. 8. There is so much furniture, so very much for the money. It is fun to have so many matching pieces to place around my patio and porch. 9. I'm 5'0" and my husband is 5'10". Shocking but we are both very comfortable on it. We have never had a sofa that we were both comfortable on. When it cools down at night, we curl up on it and relax to the moonlight and crickets. Sometimes one of us falls asleep on it, it is so comfy. CONS 1. The fabric is not water resistant. As soon as it gets wet, it soaks up the water like a towel would. I purchased some spray on water proof which I will apply soon, since fall is here and rain will arrive soon. 2. The cover is not waterproof. Water sits on it for a moment, then leaks in and gets the furniture underneath wet. The cover is great to keep dust and debris off it, but that's it. I purchased waterproof covers for the furniture because I love this furniture and want it to last a longtime. Plus, it is in an area that is not covered so it will get wet when the rains come. The sectional, fire pit, tables, umbrella, pillows, and rug in the photos were all purchased at Sam's Club! Isn't this the most inviting patio ever?! Thank you Sam's Club! You've made our outdoor living the best we've ever had!

We have had it for 2 weeks and the cushions are already showing discoloration. This should not happen. Very disappointed.

DO NOT PURCHASE! I ordered this set in April. It arrived with a damed right armrest section. After waiting a over a month for a replacement, they sent the wrong piece (left arm rest section). Not only were they given an accurate description of the piece, they were literally given a part number, yet still managed to send the wrong piece. My family will now barely get to use the set this year. Do yourself a favor and buy something else instead

I tried to get this set last year and couldn’t get it because it was constantly sold out. I read multiple reviews that said to keep checking the website a few times a day until it was back in stock. Just a few days later, it was low in stock, and I got my hands on one. This set comes in 3 large boxes (I’ve unpacked 2/3 so far), and it is just as pictured. I waited and stalked the website because of how impressed I was with this particular set that was displayed in my local Sam’s. Seeing it and trying it out in club first made me feel confident buying online, and I know I’m going to really enjoy it this summer! If you’re trying to get this and can’t, keep trying. It’s worth the wait.

Love it! This is quite a popular item as it took me weeks to find it in stock! Perfect size for my space and took minimal time to assemble (fire pit). The color is great and the piece is solid. The cushions are firm, but still quite comfortable. Hoping to enjoy it for many years.

We saw this at our local Sam's Club but i guess you cannot purchase it at the store. (weird) So I saw that there were ONLY four in stock at Sam's online, so I purchased it right away. Hard to believe that they have them set up in store but have none for purchase, even online. (they seem to be out of stock again. Imagine that.) I was concerned about delivery because of some of the reviews that I read, but everything was in great condition and the driver, Cole, Was most courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier with this purchase. As you can see from our picture, it barely fit, but it's exactly what we wanted.

We are very happy with the sectional and cushioned tables. We have no use for the fire coffee table and will sell or give away, shame as it could have been a side chair instead. We really are enjoying the sectional and padded coffee table, we added wood trays for drinks/snacks. We did see/sit on it in the store or likely would not have purchased. Price was very attractive vs others. What we wanted was couches we could lay down on, 6’1 and 5’5. Very comfortable for a nap. our goal.

The item itself is good. A little stiff, but good. Sam’s organization and response to my issues regarding this purchase were unprofessional and unacceptable. The item was displayed in store but “not” available. I was told to order on the app. I was told I would still receive Sam’s cash, which I did not, and since I was a Plus member would not have shipping, which ended up beinf $200 added to my order. When asked why after receipt of the item and not receiving the Sams cash and having to pay shipping, the store representative told me “I guess you shouldn’t order online” with a shoulder shrug. He offered no other explanation. When asked online to customer service I was told that I would not receive the cash and that I was responsible for the shipping, but I would receive a $25 gift card for the miscommunication on their behalf. I never received that either. Great customer service Sam’s. Way to lie repeatedly and be completely unprofessional to your customers.
