Beautiful set but the lighter color does get dirty. I looked at Sunbrella and they advise to use a mild (Dawn) soap detergent to clean the cushions and use a gentle hose to spray off any dirt and let dry in the sun. Sunbrella says their cushions dont hold water so it is safe to clean them this way. I have the ivory color and am going to use their method to clean.

We are in love with this set! We just wish that it would stop raining so that we could enjoy it even more than we have. We would buy another one for our covered patio as well if we could find one. It is that comfortable! Hopefully this becomes a regular patio set for Sam's.

I saw this set on the website and had to have it. It was sold out online and in stores. I followed others’ advice and he led the website each morning. One morning I lucked out and found it in stock at a store a few hours away. The set is beautiful. It’s good quality and very comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am so pleased with this set! Large, beautiful, sturdy, thick and firm cushions, packed well in three large boxes. My only frustration was arriving home to find it had been delivered in my driveway a day before the scheduled delivery date. Assembly was as pretty easy, but you definitely will need some muscle to manage the boxes and set-up.

I love this sectional set and it looks great. The cushions are much more substantial than any other set I looked at and the frame work is also very sturdy. I was initially afraid it was too much furniture for my screened room but I made a coordinating removable slip cover for the long bench and am using it at the table for bench seating.

Waited for a year to get this set. Finally got it set up and one leg had bad threads. It was promptly replaced. I set it up on a board temporarily. This is a comfortable set and the fire pit works great. We love this purchase. High quality frame and cushions with adjustable orientation.

We were so happy to finally get this sectional with fire pit. It Was out of stock for weeks, I would check numerous times a day, and was finally able to get it online, good price, made well, packaged securely, easy to assemble, very comfortable and the fire pit is beautiful and so relaxing. I fell in love with this patio set when i saw it on display at my store in 2023. It quickly sold out and after spending a year trying to find something comparable, i was so happy to see it back in stores in 2024! I picked this set up myself, and the 3 boxes are huge! We had a truck and van and needed all the space- so maybe pay for delivery if that will be an issue for you

This is a very good-looking patio set, and it was relatively easy to put together. The cushions are not as soft as we might have liked, and the seats are not as deep as we would have liked either. Overall, it is a 5.0 on looks and a 3.5-4.0 on comfort. We have not used the fire pit yet, but it works well as a table.

I ourchased this after reading all the great reviews. It looked nice when we got it together but it is not on a covered patio but on an open deck. After the first hard rain we found out it holds water for a long time and is supetuable to staining. Have not used the fire pit yet but we are looking forward to it this fall. This set looks good And sits good and would be great under covering. All i stated above is from it being in the environment.
