We have had the set several months, just got around to installing the propane tank today. I have a couple of issues with it. The seating is not very deep, hard to "curl up" on it and get comfortable. The other thing is the igniter. The instructions were very lacking, and it's a poor design. The spring fell out and became tangled, I could not get it back in because of that. The metal button in the cover that contacts the positive end of the battery also fell out of the cover and no idea which way to put it back in. Anyway, it would not ignite. We were following the instructions correctly. We gave up and will use a fire stick. It was easy to put together.

Hi. Have had a few years now but I baby it...I take inside garage and remove cushions and bag them separately. We keep under covered patio in summer with shades pulled down....BUT I have broke 2 of the clips that hold together. Plastic and do not know how to go about get them ?? Need help please!! The sectional moves now which makes cushions move. Please someone let me know where to get replacement clips. Should be cheap?!?! The top of firepit is showing bublles now which is sad knowing it is protected from weather 365 days. Jodi in Ohio

I bought this online and had someone pick it up for me (with a rented uhaul) and it was the wrong item altogether. They did not offer a resolution to get the item to my home-and I was having a party the coming weekend and had gotten rid of our old set. It was in 3 very large boxes that would not fit in the bed of a truck or it might have been easier. They did compensate me, however, all I wanted was to get the item in time for the party. The manager on staff was very nice, but her manager who was on PTO would not find an acceptable resolution. For Sams to not have a way to deliver this is crazy to me.

If you see this available, buy it immediately. Otherwise, you will be waiting for a long time. This is by far the best seating at this price point. Easily worth more than what it costs. As with anything else, if you take care of this. It will last years to come.

Beautiful set but the lighter color does get dirty. I looked at Sunbrella and they advise to use a mild (Dawn) soap detergent to clean the cushions and use a gentle hose to spray off any dirt and let dry in the sun. Sunbrella says their cushions dont hold water so it is safe to clean them this way. I have the ivory color and am going to use their method to clean.

Highly recommend to buy this set once is back in stock. I kept checking the website 3-4 times a day until i hit the jackpot one day. Glad i bought it because it went out if stock the next day. The set is beautiful, easy to assemble with 2 people. This set really compliment the back porch.

It took me forever to find this item but it was well worth the wait and effort. It is so nicely made and sturdy. Nothing like what I’ve seen online and in other places. The cushions are super thick and comfortable. And the seating is the perfect height. Assembly was super simple. We just had to put the little feet on the legs. I’m so happy I didn’t give up on it. I called so many stores so many times during the day and stalked the website like a crazy person. I finally saw one pop up online and snatched it immediately. It was delivered yesterday and I already love it!! Such a beautiful addition to our home.

Purchased over the weekend. I had a great experience with past Member's Mark outdoor furniture, so I didn't hesitate. This is a sturdy, quality set. Very easy to assemble. It took less than an hour. The cushions matched a previous set perfect! It has a very stiff feel as of now, but confident it will break in nicely. We picked up from our local store. It comes in three boxes. We fit all three in the bed of our truck. I was a little concerned about unloading them, but we decided to open the boxes and remove the pieces while they were still loaded. Worked great! Highly recommend this!

Bought this product in Feb. and all the reviews about its excellent quality are absolutely correct! It is well worth the money. However, the firepit does not work, no matter what we do. We have not called in an expert yet, but it has to be something simple (tank is new, battery is new, connections appear to be in tact and not broken/crimped/bent). Obviously very frustrating and would give this product 5 stars, which it deserves, but this is a major problem.

I was hesitant to order this without seeing it, but am very impressed. It is very sturdy and well made and the cushions and fabric are high quality. The reason for only 4 stars is the cover it comes with isn’t waterproof at all (100% polyester) and only fits properly when the couch is configured a certain way (with the longer section being on the left “L” and shorter on the right, which unfortunately does not work for our space). I’ll have to purchase another cover as this sits on an uncovered deck. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.
