This is the bomb! My husband purchased this for me and we love the bread that came out of it! I hope they will eventually bring out a loaf oven!

It is very easy to bake sourdough bread. It is easy to grab the parchment paper and lift the loaf out.

It made super flat bread. You can't dry heat it before putting in your sourdough so the bread turns out flat

Love it, its beautiful, works great, very heavy. Would recommend a treat for yourself or a nice gift as i did to my daughter, she lives it too :)...

Not a Le-creuset quality, enamel is chipping at bottom of edge of lid already, heavy construction, poor finish.

Great product. Bread came out excellent. Only issue on first use was the exterior finish stained and didn't come off.

Worked wonderfully on my sourdough boule it made the crust perfectly crispy on the outside, and the crumb inside was light and airy as well.

First try at using a Enamel Cast Iron Bread Oven - 'tight-sealing lid helps trap steam, simulating the conditions of professional bread ovens'. Simple white bread - the result is just what I was hoping for. Preheated the cloche in the oven while the shaped loaf was rising. Removed from oven to load the dough. Then cooked 25 minutes, removed lid to brown for 10 minutes.
