Great table and lots of fun but it is under our deck on a covered patio and the table top is slid over the shuffleboard table as supposed to AND we have the cover secured over the entire table and the shuffleboard table is still taking on water. Any suggestions? For $1500 and being assembled correctly, I would hope the table won’t get ruined by taking on water!

We ordered two complete sets. Shipping was on time and delivery crew were polite and helpful. One set had significant damage to the exterior of the table box, so we were concerned about the condition. Fortunately it was well packed. Only 3 scratches on the underside and one small dent on one end of the dining table top, smaller than a dime. Easily put together and instructions are clear. No assembly for the stools at all. Family loves it, the second was a gift for daughters family and that box and set was completely free from damage.

I have tried to purchase this three times at two separate stores. All three tables were damaged in the same location. Large dent on end of main table top. No apparent damage to the box. Looks like the table was damaged before being packaged up. Very large item to keep returning to the store. Very disappointed this table looked like would be fun and unique to have.

Please, read well the title DO NOT BUY. After reading the reviews I went ahead and purchased it because it was on sale, got it home with lots of trouble since its super heavy. Opened the box and a huge bumped on the top. Sam's is making me take it back to return it. No replacements, no pick ups. This is super heavy and hard to get everything back in the box again. Very frustrating. Save yourself the hassle.

Worst quality table and chairs I have ever seen. Aluminum is bend, cracking and chipped on every single chair. Had to specially organize a truck to pick up the table, 3 hours to assemble, it is enormous and weighs 200lbs+. Customer service were extremely unhelpful, would not take the defective items back. Extremely dissatisfied. Will not shop at Sam’s again.

I bought this in April. It was transported to camp and we just now got it put together. Timing on projects lol. First is was very easy to assemble. We got down to the last piece of putting the top on and we found one big and one small dent. I can live with the small dent but the big one is ugly……see pictures. I did take pictures of the box as we were loading it in April. The box was damaged. Who do I talk to about a replacement table top? I would still recommend..it is fun to play and a conversation piece.

I bought this over a month ago and put it out on my patio deck. Looks very nice however the table top will allow water to leak through to the shuffle board table even with the cover over it. If your using the table and spill wine it must be cleaned up immediately or it will leak through to the shuffle board table surface and the surrounding cloth area. It’s a cool table but for the money it really should be better waterproofed considering it’s also supposed to double as a shuffleboard table. Customer care told me this was normal and nothing could be done.

This product is not an outdoor product. Even a little rain, while properly covered can ruin it. - The box was undamaged but the table top was damaged on one end. This is apparently a common occurrence (check other reviews). - The cover is not weather proof and water seeps through. - The table top is not sealed so... the water that seeps through the cover leeks down to the shuffleboard. A nice, dark, damp shuffleboard full of loose particles creates a great place for mold to grow... so it did. Lots of mold that is difficult to remove and it stains the table. My wife called support about the dent and the response was that they were out of stock so we were out of luck. This is very disappointing as we have spent quite a lot of money on this table (over $2K) and even more with Sam's Club. This was during the lockdown and we didn't feel like we had much recourse. Very disappointed...

We bought this table and were so excited to put it together for a weekend bbq. Assembled as per instructions unboxing each piece as we went. Everything had gone smoothly even though it was really time consuming. The last piece was the table top and as we took the packing off of it a huge dent was revealed. The box was not damaged and the individual packing was not damaged. It had to have been damaged prior to boxing it up so that means the manufacturer sent it that way. Inconvenience does not even begin to describe it. Our local Sam's club made good on the purchase after opening two others to find they were damaged as well in the same place as ours. The manufacturer was going to get back to us in a week or so instead of giving it proper concern. Luckily we did not have to take it apart to return it but it was a lesson learned. CHECK ALL PIECES BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY.

Best purchase we have made for our patio yet!
