I love this shuffleboard, our family put it out on our deck and use it multiple times per week. My only suggestions are the powder that's included is too fast for play and without applying a shuffleboard silicone beforehand the powder easily blew off the shuffleboard with only a minor breeze. I suggest using a light layer of shuffleboard silicone monthly (depending on use) prior to sprinkling the shuffleboard with the powder...the silicone helps the powder stay in place if using outdoors. I also advice purchasing speed 4 shuffleboard powder, it seems to be the correct speed for this size board.

So far so good after mixed bag picking up and assembling. Pick up for a large item was in an out of the way and mildly inconvenient location but once we got it home and unpacked. It seems pretty well made and sturdy. HOWEVER, one hole on the table too was not drilled all the way through and it was a weekend so the furniture company was closed. We wanted to use it and didn’t want to hassle with returning and picking up another (it’s realllt long and moderately heavy), so we made it work ourselves. So far so good. all-weather wicker seats are comfy and seem well made, with sunbrella tags. We ordered 2 additional and they’re consistently the same. They come assembled, just packed super well, so another big box. Will update review after some use. We did invest in some additional shuffleboard materials and equipment that we hope will prolong its use.

Great fun table that everyone enjoys. Came with zero dents and very easy to put together. However, you will need to buy more wax because the wax supplied isn’t enough. Slight wind does blow the wax off of the board so you’re unable to play when there is wind. Also, my table is slightly tapered at the ends of the table. Multiple levels show it perfect but nothing will stay on the board on a number 3. Possibly the board was screwed down to tight by the manufacturer but haven’t tried loosening that yet. Overall it is a great fun outdoor table.

Love table and very straight forward assembly. Unfortunately 2 of the stools have damaged legs and two sides of the table have large dents. I contacted customer service and I have not recieved a follow up return call. Will update my review once customer service replies to me.

Tabletop is challenging to open and it also comes off track. The wax doesn’t stay on the board if there is a slight wind and can’t use the shuffle board game but the bowling game is awesome!

The item is beautiful yet, the packaging was damaged and once assembled the piece had various dents, I called and the replacement is on it way and the piece has not been picked up. I called again and it is difficult to speak to someone who has limited understanding of the language. Very disappointed.

Picked up with concealed damage. Table looks like it was hit with fork lift several areas. Stool also bent. Called manufacturer and they said they will send new table. Plastic wax blows with the slightest breeze. Love the concept. Love the size of the table. Will have to see how long it takes for manufacturer to replace. Very difficult to slide table due to damage .

It was a hassle just getting this to my house bc of its size. Got it all put together and there is a huge dent in it. Sam’s club told me to take apart and bring it back. I was hoping they would just let me keep it at a discount so I don’t have to take the whole thing apart again. Also my kids ate dinner on it and their greasy fingerprints won’t wash off. It’s like they soaked into the finish of the table. I find Sam’s to really be lacking in customer service. I would add photos of the dent but it won’t let me.

Bought this table home from Sam's club. Brought it home and spent two hours opening and setting up. very heavy. then lifted the top up to put it on and it had a big scratch in it. Called Sam's club and they said nothing the could do about it. Either return it or notify the manufacturer. This is very heavy and not easy to move .And Sam's club would do nothing about it. I've have had a Sam's card for over 20 years and will not renew ever again.

The table is great but EVERY stool has at least one bent leg and Sam’s has done nothing to address it. I go days without a response from them. For $2,000 you expect perfect.
