4.5 fron load washer with vibration reduction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is nice but I am concerned about how long it will last. The drum sure seems to run out of balance during rinse cycles and I have not figured out what holds the drum in place yet. Since it is only 2 months old it seems to work fine but not like my last one that was 17 years old when it started giving out.
Cool color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve had this for a week. It’s quiet. It washes very well. Looking forward to washing larger items such as blankets. And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.
Don't make them like they used to......
Bought it just under three years ago, it often left clothes not clean and smelling badly....having to rewash. Now, it is leaking all over the floor and will cost more to fix than it is worth to bring someone in to fix. Should have lasted 10 years for the price. Will never buy a Samsung again..

Amazing Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is one the best washers to have. the best feature in my opinion is the self care setting. i've never experienced a washer that cleanse itself and to watch this washer in action. i highly recommend for everyone that's looking for a washer that's of action!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited about the delivery of this washer and dryer. The technological advancement of this pair did not disappoint. The LED display and springy chime when powered are are sure to excite even the most grimmest of laundry doers. I was impressed with the 9 preset options available to me. Specifically impressed by the ability to alter preference of rinse, temperature, and soil level (with kids this is essential). The washing machine is quiet and does not shake like previous machines I have owned. I went into another room and could not hear the wash in spin cycle. Impressive. The dryer is equipped with technology that actually senses when your clothes are dry. No more over-estimating or under-estimating dry time. Great duo.
DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. we used it 3 times and the drum came lose and caused the washing machine to jump around and nearly destroy our laundry room. We have the machine for 5 days. Samsung is not answering for this or offering to replace it or even fix it at this point. Our repair guy said this is a known issue that has been occurring for over a year. We are devastated and now completely without a washer. Save yourself the headache. Samsung warranty is AWFUL!

So so quiet
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Its so so quiet compared to our old washer that stopped working! This is our first front load washer, was concern about having the door in front, water leaking, etc but can see that its well sealed! Like that I can just pull the clothes out into my basket. Also love the self clean option, its smells nice and clean after using it!
Good so far
Great washer when new. Features are just enough if you want a budget washer. Honestly my last washer had steam sanitize and stain away and i found such extra features useless. If you want a good wash just pick the hottest temperature hence why i bought this model and save a few bucks. I hope Samsung built this to last at least 10 years. As my last samsung fell apart in multiple places after 6 years and 2 service calls under extended warranty. I only went samsung again as i stack and didn't want to buy a new dryer. Make sure you get a 5 year service plan. I take 2 stars away for 2 reasons. No drum light. And until samsung proves it a reliable machine can they get that last star

poor quality
We purchased the washer 2 years ago, washing 2 loads per week. The washer now stays on spin cycle for hours doing 1/4 turns, no error code either. 2 reparimen later and the suspected faulty control board is no longer made. I will never again purchase a samsung product. 2 years and they dont make the pcb any longer!!!!

Terrible Customer Service
We have had issues with our clothes smelling. Techs came out, deemed it the dryer, and they refunded us for that. Our clothes still smell, and now we are getting the run around because it’s the washer that was the problem in the first place. Months of going to the laundry mat while trying to figure this out.
