[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washer. I was so happy to get this. At first it came without a hose but they delivered it a week later. I love the sanitize feature to clean the washer. My previous washer was okay but this washer blows it out of the park. They are so many more feature. The bright led display is bright so i can chose my cycle. It has many different temperatures. Which us really nice. It also has different wash load options. You can also choose how many spins it does in a cycle. It washes my clothes with such ease and they look amazing coming out. It has a drawer that opens for detergent, bleach and softener. I usually use tide pods but i use the drawer for my fabric softener. I have had absolutely no problems with this washer. It has exceeds all my expectations. Overall i would recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a new washer.

The washer has a large load capacity, what is the most important for a family of five. I’m an active person who likes to exercise and run every day, so my clothes are very soiled after. I threw them in the washer and after a short period of time they come out fresh and like new so it has an “Activewear” setting for that type of wash which makes it easy. It also has an LED display so it makes it easy to see in the darkest of rooms. Another plus it’s energy star rated so it’s Economical. I highly recommend this product.

I can fit more in, and it seems to wash really well and really quietly. Don't forget to put in an item, though! Once you start it, you can't open the door until the complete cycle has finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The New Samsung washer is a high innovative technological device that is great for the big family. It has lots of space. The Samsung washer is a high and energy efficient washer that does it’s job. This washer saves us a lot of water plus washing a load of clothes is at a timely manner. It makes little to no noise while in motion. The previous washer took longer to finish the normal cycle, the new washer takes only 45 minutes. The spin cycle leaves the clothing really dry and have not had a problem. I also like the size of the inside of the washer. The washer is easy to use and to start, you just pick and choose how you want your washer to run. I’m really excited about this Samsung washer that it has the self clean program. I highly recommend the washer to other customers that want to purchase great quality!

The drum sure seems to run out of balance during rinse cycles and I have not figured out what holds the drum in place yet. Since it is only 2 months old it seems to work fine but not like my last one that was 17 years old when it started giving out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer & dryer set. I bought it a month ago and had to call a local man to install it because I wanted it to be put in my kitchen. It looks great. I do still have a Maytag set in my basement which I will do heavier loads in. This is great for regular loads. Very happy with my front load Samsung.

many problems here are 3. 1: door not reversible. irresponsible to design any appliance without this basic feature! 2: the filter, to be cleaned bimonthly. even on pedestal you will likely need to sit on the floor with foul smelling water! drain tube too short, blocked by the access door, too low to use without pedestal, and has hard to remove plug. 3: door gasket assures mildew grows and has 3 holes that catch debris (hard to see and harder to clean). company knows mildew problem but did not redesign. positive reviews, mention in a positive light, note “incentivized review” at the top right showing reviewer compensated. also ada statements: how do disabled navigate around door with laundry, clean the filter, or gasket. i expected more from the design team and the company.
