Two things I don't like: no light like the dryer but I'm assuming because there's water involved 😆 and I can't changed the door position. When they installed it, I didn't even think about the direction the doors would swing open, so my washer is actually on the wrong side and I can't move it now 😢.

There are many options with each of the settings so you can make the washer fit whatever the needs of the specific load are. Coming from an old top load washer I absolutely love how much more efficient this washer is and saves on water and detergent. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. we used it 3 times and the drum came lose and caused the washing machine to jump around and nearly destroy our laundry room. We have the machine for 5 days. Samsung is not answering for this or offering to replace it or even fix it at this point. Our repair guy said this is a known issue that has been occurring for over a year. We are devastated and now completely without a washer. Save yourself the headache. Samsung warranty is AWFUL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been so geeked out getting an appliance as I am with the Samsung washer and dryer! This washing machine has a wide variety of settings for washing, which is great for a large family and lots of laundry to do. The bedding and waterproof items setting are awesome! Without the center cylinder, things like this can tangle, but not so with this setting. I was able to wash and dry my giant comforter in literally half the time! I love that it reminds me of when it is time to clean the machine and love the schedule setting, it's perfect for my crazy lifestyle. I am able to start a load when I leave work and have it done by the time I get home, leaving no time for wet smells to start! The self-clean cycle is great. You will enjoy the little chime that goes off when the load is done, it's such a happy little sound. It's only been a week but it's been love at first sight!

Washes fairly well, but annoyingly you cannot turn off the electronic noises, you can turn off the horrible song it plays when the cycle finishes, but you cannot turn off the bleeps that set it, or the song that plays when you set it to go. The noises are loud and tinny, it annoys our dog and children, what a stupid design that you can't mute these.

The sleek design make it very user-friendly, to start a normal load now takes half the time as it did before. I felt the need to use double the amount of laundry detergent and fabric softener in my old washer just to make sure my clothes was getting clean and smelling good but now I use half of the amount which saves me tons of money on my detergent! And my clothes come out feeling and smelling super clean and soft even before it’s dried! The washing machine is very quiet and very unnoticeable went on. The drum of the washing machine is very large and can easily wash a huge king size comforter with no problem at all. Which is very exciting due to the fact I had to take my comforters to the cleaner just because my old washer would not accommodate. I would most definitely recommend my Samsung to anyone on the market for a new washer.
