Manual has limited explanation of the different programs. The temperature setting is from cold to hot, without any indication on actual temperature setting (i.e., degrees F or C).

The LED display and springy chime when powered are are sure to excite even the most grimmest of laundry doers. I was impressed with the 9 preset options available to me. Specifically impressed by the ability to alter preference of rinse, temperature, and soil level (with kids this is essential). The washing machine is quiet and does not shake like previous machines I have owned. I went into another room and could not hear the wash in spin cycle. Impressive. The dryer is equipped with technology that actually senses when your clothes are dry. No more over-estimating or under-estimating dry time. Great duo.

Bought this machine 1 1/2 years ago . Last Night it flooded my floor ( I heard the water pouring onto floor ) . I dont know where the water came from but I know where it did not come from . The hoses are perfect and connection to machine also perfect ( no water) . So the issue is the machine itself . I double checked the filter which had barley a piece of lint in it . I unplugged it .. waited plugged again just to get water out of machine .... well it wouldnt spin or drain . I used the emergency drain to try to get the water out and NO water came out yet there is water in the machine. You dont expect a washer to flood your floor being 1 1/2 years old .. so beware .. the machine also never once had anything pop up to self clean . I do make sure it is clean but no message like they said . I was a long time Samsung appliance user ( my fridge , my dishwasher ) BUT they are not making things like they used to . I am looking for a new machine since warranty was for 1 year ( used to be 2 years .. wonder why .. you know why ) ... so I wont be buying Samsung . do not buy this or you might have a flood and yes it causes lots of issues when floor is flooded.

Once it was delivered and hooked up I was pleasantly impressed with the load capacity! After having to take my king size bedding (comforter included) to the laundromat for so long, I am glad I made this purchase because I can finally fit my bedding into a single load😌

I bought this washer about 2 weeks ago and from the start it has been GREAT ! I love all the features, the quiet operating cycles and the large capacity to hold more clothes. The LED panel is very well designed and the sound made when a selection is made is quite nice. I like that I am in control of the washing instead of only having pre-set options. I have used the QUICK Wash on numerous occasions and it has saved me soo much time doing laundry. I like that I am saving water doing each wash cycle as the machine doesn't fill up and wash the clothes in a tub full of dirty water during washing. The washer is energy efficient and quite advanced. I like that I have an option to clean the washer using the SELF CLEAN feature which will keep it from mold, mildew and odors, this feature in itself is above the competition of other front load washers. Samsung really designed and produced a very well built, advanced complete washer in the 6000 Series. I am completely satisfied and enjoy doing the laundry which used to be a chore but no longer. GREAT JOB SAMSUNG !

It's spin cycle is as quiet as the wash cycle and the load run times are great. (By the time our old machine went out, it sounded like a jet engine and the loads took forever.) It stacked nicely with our existing Samsung dryer and the installation service was great.

i bought this a week ago and 1st time use, when it spin ,the machine shake like it's out of control. and move around . if i havenot been there when it spin, it would have stretch the plug and water hoses, this could result in a very dangerous situation. this products should not be put to sell with out testing.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have never loved a washer so much! I love all the settings options, it’s simple to use and you can even connect it to your phone! It washes our clothes well , easy to clean and dry. I was nervous about getting a front loader because of mold horror stories, but this washer has been great and easy to dry so no smell!

We can control the number of spin cycles based on what we are washing which is perfect for increasing when washing towels and socks. The look is modern and simplistic. Super easy to install, setup and use!

We had previously had an old washer that lasted us 10 years and the reviews for this one guided us in the right direction. It is expeditious, moderately quiet, and relatively easy to self install. Definitely recommend.
