I purchased this washing machine a little over a month ago. The feature that caught my eye the most was the "Vibration Reduction" but let me tell you that it is anything but a vibration reduction. During the spin cycle it is so loud my neighbor thought someone was fighting in my home. She was visibly upset because she enjoys my company. I called Samsung service dept. and was told they don't send out a service person for something that minor. She was trying to explain to me that it was the shipping bolts that weren't removed. So I go and trouble shoot that and noticed there are no bolts to be taken out. The representative was supposed to call me back but unfortunately that never happened. I'm so frustrated because the noise the spin cycle makes sound times worse than the police banging on your door. Please rethink purchasing a Samsung washer
