Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction

I bought this five months ago and so far it has been a charm. However, I have not used all the features yet.
Maybe one day I’ll get to it!

An improvement over our last machine

Very dissatisfied with this vender RXO they did deliver the washer and dryer but didn't install them.
Long story short they rescheduled every day for next day, next day, and next day. They never came to install them, I had to hire someone to come install them. Because I had them for 5 days and they were just sitting in my garage and RXO kept rescheduling my installation and I kept missing days of work. I recommend not to let the delivery guys leave your house without installing your washer and dryer.

We did about 50 loads, nearly back to back, in preparation for an estate sale and it worked like a charm, getting through loads quickly and thoroughly. The only real surprise is that it doesn't have any Wi-Fi features, so it doesn't integrate with our other appliances that we can manage with Smart things.
