Terrible machine

Bought in July 2024 and it is dead! Had a repair man out and he said it would cost more to fix it than buy another one. Would never buy Samsung again! Just over two years old and I am replacing it! Crazy!

Black lettering rubs off quickly

the black lettering on the controls rubs off. see attached photos. from what i've read, samsung won't do anything about it because it's only "cosmetic".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 4th washer I’ve had and everyone had the same issue. Spin cycle sounds like the washer is going to take fall apart. Very noisy and rough rumbling noise.
