It is very quiet when in operation and spins the clothes out really well. It has some great features for light to heavy loads and is simple to use. From the start it would not spin without jumping all over. I talked with service. They talked me through a fix. It lasted 5 weeks. Had to fix it again. Finally requested a tech come out. He determined the machine had vibrated so much that the base cabinet was collapsing which was adding to the problem. Sitting in on the floor and leveling it helped but did not solve the problem.
