[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine runs so quietly! It makes my clothes and my families so fresh and clean. It uses way less detergent than my old machine. It also saves me big time on my electricity bill! This is a great washing machine!

Does not clean clothes that have any dirt on them. I’ve used different laundry detergent, shout on stains and I hate that I ever bought this set. I really thought that Samsung was a great product until I bought this set. I’m so disappointed/dissatisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and dryer set as a replacement to our old Samsung set. We used the old set for about 20 years. So fast things are working good. There are a couple of concerns though. One is that the washer doesn't spin as well as our last washer. Our clothes felt almost dry with our older washer. This new one doesn't spin out enough water. Secondly, the door on the washer can't be changed to the other side. The dryer door can be changed. We are going to try to put the washer on the left side of the dryer and see if that works. The only problem we foresee is that the drain might not be long enough for this. All in all we like our new set. I've just downloaded the app for three "Smart Care" feature, but haven't used it yet. The reviews on the app store for this feature doesn't look good though. Time will tell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Samsung washer. The installation was done quickly and I was up and washing clothes in no time. It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.

It offer's everything that I need to do the laundry more easy and for me to make sure that our clothes are clean and safe with every wash. I love the fact that it has the Bedding Cycle since it's something that I was looking forward to use. I love Comforters that are heavy and I always had a hard time washing them , but this time I was so amazed and happy to be able to wash them without worrying if they would come out clean or not. I also love the self cleaning cycle that way I'm always sure my clothes will always be cleaned and smelling fresh. I love it and I'm so happy to own another Samsung product.

Once it was delivered and hooked up I was pleasantly impressed with the load capacity! After having to take my king size bedding (comforter included) to the laundromat for so long, I am glad I made this purchase because I can finally fit my bedding into a single load😌

The sleek design make it very user-friendly, to start a normal load now takes half the time as it did before. I felt the need to use double the amount of laundry detergent and fabric softener in my old washer just to make sure my clothes was getting clean and smelling good but now I use half of the amount which saves me tons of money on my detergent! And my clothes come out feeling and smelling super clean and soft even before it’s dried! The washing machine is very quiet and very unnoticeable went on. The drum of the washing machine is very large and can easily wash a huge king size comforter with no problem at all. Which is very exciting due to the fact I had to take my comforters to the cleaner just because my old washer would not accommodate. I would most definitely recommend my Samsung to anyone on the market for a new washer.

The washer has a large load capacity, what is the most important for a family of five. I’m an active person who likes to exercise and run every day, so my clothes are very soiled after. I threw them in the washer and after a short period of time they come out fresh and like new so it has an “Activewear” setting for that type of wash which makes it easy. It also has an LED display so it makes it easy to see in the darkest of rooms. Another plus it’s energy star rated so it’s Economical. I highly recommend this product.

There are many different cycles you can use for customized washing. My favorite is the quick wash cycle because you can get your clothes washed in 22 minutes.As you can see in the pictures there are 10 different cycles to choose from. It runs smooth and i just cant believe how quiet it is. You can use it for small loads or large loads. I also love the digital interface.

Steam functions as well. Does a very good job in cleaning our family clothes. Large load capacity at 5.0 cubic feet, which is great due to my lager family. Most washers offer only 4.5 cubic feet. Self clean function to keep the washer drum clean which is great for easy clean and go! Energy efficient. Love the reversible door option so if you are left or right hand it will fit all!! Wish every washer and dryer offered that option. Haven't hooked them up yet, but it offers several cool wifi options. Very happy with this washer. When it comes to having a big family you have to have something to hold up to the size of dirty laundry this washer from Samgung has been by far a lifesaver for my family. The different cycles are great from delicate to sport heavy load or double risen, to normal white bedding quick wash perm press rinse plus spin, this washer machine even has the options for presoak delayed in smart care and you can also set an alarm you can control the temperature the rinse of how many times, as well as how high the speed of your spin cycle and how dirty your laundry is. You can also lock the washer for child safety and it also has a little sound when you cut the machine on.
