It has plenty of room for heavy laundry loads like blankets and towels, and the controls are straightforward to use without feeling overly complicated. It runs very smooth through the spin cycle with almost zero shaking or vibration (when adjusted correctly), which keeps things nice and quiet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing better than my Samsung front load washer I was washing clothes by hands before and when I got this washer it changed my life the capacity is great the noise is low the shaking is almost non noticeable it let you know when it's done it washes my clothes perfect. The sanitation and my clothes is been totally resolved and I think a lot of it has to do with the super fast spin of the washer it gets all the excess water out for it to dry easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this washing machine is overall very good, providing clean clothes, having multiple different cycle options, etc. the only issues i have is how long it takes, which is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, and how it doesn't fit much. overloading the machine causes the clothes to stay extremely wet, leaving me having to do a spin cycle to dry them a little more before putting them in the dryer.

I love the smart phone app and the way it helps me track time of how long is left of my washer without having to pause what I am doing to see whether or not it's done. The spin is incredible! The cleaning cycle is good I just wish they provided more sanitation products that comes with the washer so you can help with the smell of water sitting in the rubber around the door. I do wish it connected to the Smart Thinga app to alert you when cycle is done. My set is in the garage and unless you're nearby, you can't hear the notification. Aside from that, no complaints.
