[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to use this machine. I brought this for my mother who is a senior citizen and she loves how easy it is to understand on how to use the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good experience so far except the "emergency drain hose", which we use regularly to remove stagnant water, is difficult to remove the drain plug. I have to remove it each time for my wife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and washes clothes well. I really like the different features and the jingle it makes when done.
