[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love my new washer. I always leave the alarm on and the washer lets me know when it is finish with a little tune. My clothes are cleaner and I am saving water and energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks and functions great. We have a slightly eariler model at our other home and were happy to buy this one now. I like how easy it is to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our other Samsung washer/dryer for over 10 years, when I wash clothes no matter which cycle I use or how full it is, there’s a lot of knocking on this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently, as a replacement of another Samsung washer I had. This is a quiet running machine washer based on the usage so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a first time buyer for front loaders. Samsung products have always been great in the past. I must say the Samsung washer and dryer I purchased have exceeded my expectations above and beyond!!!

Seems to be a good unit but alittle noisy. Also seems to just stop for a long time between cycles almost to the point of not working right. Don't know if thats the way it should be.

I just got delivered it today. Runs 3 load... realized vibration. I don't know that's normal. It's louder than I expected. I checked the leveling legs and lock still vibrates loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a good three months withbthe washer and it has been a good experience. The setting is and the timer are right on point. Different cycles adjust to all your needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer about 2 months ago. So far so good. Lots of bells and whistles with enough capacity for what we wash and extra capacity for larger items once in a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It comes with a weird rubber smell assuming it's the seal that keeps the water from leaking out the front, but other than that it's good
