[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the washer is big enough to fit our king size bedding and smart enough with its sensors to not use more water than is necessary for small loads. There are many options with each of the settings so you can make the washer fit whatever the needs of the specific load are. Coming from an old top load washer I absolutely love how much more efficient this washer is and saves on water and detergent. The washer has a sleek modern look with blue LEDs to indicate the selected settings as well as the current status of the load.

I have enjoyed the multiple settings both different loads and within the loads. And I have now gotten used to it “singing” to me when finished. The only complaint so far is a small issue when added detergent and softener along with my sanitizer; there isn’t enough room in the reservoir to hold it and I have noticed it running out into the machine before the start of the load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this washer. It's easy to use, has tons of settings, and is super quiet. I like that it plays a song when it's done. I can just hear it upstairs (it's in the basement) so it's not bothersome but I know when to switch clothes to the dryer. My last washer didn't have this so I would always forget about the wet clothes. I'm really enjoying testing all the different settings. I also am really happy with the capacity - it's much larger than my last washer; I can fit basically twice as much laundry in it, so only have to do one load when I used to do two. I have no complaints so far.

I bought this machine less than 2 years ago and really loved it. It is quiet and it cleans clothes well. We are a household of only three and it did not have heavy use but a month ago the right side counterweight broke off of the plastic outer drum. I hoped the drum warranty would help pay for parts but the warranty only covers the steel part of the drum. Only 2 years and repairing the machine costs more than buying a new one. I suspect the bolts holding the counterweight were not properly tightened during manufacture, causing the weight to loosen and resulting in it breaking the plastic tub. Hopefully a one-off because I generally prefer Samsung appliances.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was the affordable model that I bought when my previous Samsung model bit the dust after over a decade of service. It is efficient and gets the clothes very clean. One thing I have a small issue with is that it is not as quiet as my previous model.

from day one, the washer was loud while in spin cycle. after working with both home depot and samsung for months, it was determined by samsung certified technicians, that the noises were due to using the washer pedestal which samsung made. we were told there was nothing they could do and to eliminate the noise we should not use the pedestal. we cant even put anything on the top of the washer because it just vibrates off. we are also unhappy with samsung and their service. several times my wife would create a ticket with a service tech only to have it lost and we would start over again. service was unacceptable.

This is our first front load washer, was concern about having the door in front, water leaking, etc but can see that its well sealed! Like that I can just pull the clothes out into my basket. Also love the self clean option, its smells nice and clean after using it!

Bought it just under three years ago, it often left clothes not clean and smelling badly....having to rewash. Now, it is leaking all over the floor and will cost more to fix than it is worth to bring someone in to fix. Should have lasted 10 years for the price. Will never buy a Samsung again..
