As a US Army retired veteran who is 100% disabled. I never thought that Samsung would hire technicians who were condescending and rude. It’s been since 29 January when I first called concerning my Samsung front load washer because it was making loud squeaking noises. And about 7 technicians later the washer still sounds like a lawnmower. You can hear throughout the house. So they decided to take the washer off the pedestal and put it on the ground to correct the problem. The technician does a diagnostic tests and after talking to his manager, he says, to me”Okay, it’s fixed. “! I tell him, but “it’s on the ground, I purchased the washer because of the pedestal height.!”” I CANNOT bend that low to put or take out clothes. He informs me there’s nothing he can do because he manager says the unit is operating according to the reading. The door should not bounce like it’s about to open when it begins spinning. This a safety issue. What really is disturbing is he refused allow me talk to his supervisor and the supervisor refused to talk to me!! Saying he is in the middle of training.!! I wouldn’t encourage anyone to buy any Samsung product they do not care about the customers or honoring their No lemon policy! I’ve tried to speak to someone in charge but my concerns aren’t in Samsungs scope of business.

Less loads because it's bigger, it's much quieter, and we can both hear when it's done to turn the load over to the dryer. No complaints, it's definitely an upgrade. Larger than the old one but slim and sleek so it's not imposing. Clothes come out clean and there's less back and forth from the basement where the washer lives.

By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker on my Samsung Family Hub had problems. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired. Only trust reviews that have used the product for some time.

This washing machine has a wide variety of settings for washing, which is great for a large family and lots of laundry to do. The bedding and waterproof items setting are awesome! Without the center cylinder, things like this can tangle, but not so with this setting. I was able to wash and dry my giant comforter in literally half the time! I love that it reminds me of when it is time to clean the machine and love the schedule setting, it's perfect for my crazy lifestyle. I am able to start a load when I leave work and have it done by the time I get home, leaving no time for wet smells to start! The self-clean cycle is great. You will enjoy the little chime that goes off when the load is done, it's such a happy little sound. It's only been a week but it's been love at first sight!

i purchased this washer in oct 2016, my samsung washer worked great through 2017 and 2018 i stored my washer and dryer ( in garage ) 2019 ,6 months of 2020 . i finished the house , hired a handyman to move and connect washer and discovered the washer internal hoses have deteriorated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Functions are great. I really like the ability to choose how many rinse cycles I want. I wish it had a drain only function. Self clean Button indication after 40 cycles worked only first couple of times .

I purchased my Samsung front loader about three years ago. I am so disappointed in it. It molded around the rubber seal within one year, so it constantly smells moldy. They instruct you to leave the door open so that does not happen but then you have a puddle in front of your washer because the door has water still around it. So my new flooring is getting ruined. It needs a lot of maintenance, like running the self clean cycle with bleach inside the drum to prevent molding. Wiping down the rubber seal around the door after every wash. I just wish someone would have informed me of these issues before we purchased it.
