[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this machine about a year now and really like the way it cleans my cloths. It’s a water saver that weighs the cloths and just uses the amount of water necessary. It also rings out the water really well on its spin cycle’s.

Took apart the machine and somehow the counterweight balance snapped in two. Very conscious of how much we load into the washer so very confused on how a piece that is made of such a hard material just snaps so Had to replace it but now it slightly leaks will have to get a new washer soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got delivered this week. Love it already after 3 loads. Very quiet. I almost thought water didn't go into washer. Clothes seemed cleaner. Pleased w how clothes come out w little water still absorbed on them. In my 27 year old washer I replaced, the clothes were always wet. I'm still getting used to the cycle choices and hope to find more info online. I feel a quick user guide on paper would have been nice in the packet. I haven't gone online yet for detergent quantity tips or cycle usage to save changes to certain defaults, instead of redoing each time. i.e., on the normal cycle I sometimes want cold instead of warm/hot. And I seem to only need med spin on the loads I did. It defaults to high.

For the price I couldn’t complain and because it’s a newer version of the one I had before, it matches my dryer. So far so good, it gets ran multiple times a week with no indication of slowing down.

We can control the number of spin cycles based on what we are washing which is perfect for increasing when washing towels and socks. The look is modern and simplistic. Super easy to install, setup and use!

i purchased this washer in oct 2016, my samsung washer worked great through 2017 and 2018 i stored my washer and dryer ( in garage ) 2019 ,6 months of 2020 . i finished the house , hired a handyman to move and connect washer and discovered the washer internal hoses have deteriorated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is nice and quiet and seems to do a great job on the clothes. The tub is really large--much larger than my old stacking front-load set. The only drawback is that, once it starts to fill with water, there is no opening the door until the cycle is completed or the tub is completely drained. Make sure you have that last sock before starting!!!
