Light and fantastic tasting Pumpkin Cheesecake. I'm no a big pumpkin fan ... do not like pumpkin pie ... but this was outstanding.

Great choice

The best pumpkin cheesecake! I was a huge hit at Thanksgiving.  The price and s reasonable for 14 pieces. It is hard to find at stores. Combination of pumpkin pie and cheesecake!

Best pumpkin cheesecake

This was an absolutely wonderful cheesecake. It is creamy and without it being overpowered by the pumpkin spice. The graham cracker crust was firm and delicious. Would definitely buy it again.

Really good cheesecake

Wish it were a little bit creamer for my preference, but it satisfied my pumpkin cheesecake craving.  I'd buy again if I didn't have time to make a homemade one.

High Quality!

I bought this to serve at our family's Thanksgiving dinner.  The cheesecake had a good flavor and at least one family member apparently liked it a lot.  However if you prefer a New York style, this isn't for you.  I love NY style because it is dry, firm, and very creamy.  I found the pumpkin cheesecake to be very sweet, and soft, even though it was refrigerated until served.  I didn't care for it.

Good flavor

Many years ago, I could purchase pumpkin cheese cake from the bakery section, I think at Sam’s. I know it is usually a season product, but they don’t seem to be available anywhere these days. Making it from scratch is not worth the effort for me, so I was super pleased when I found this frozen version. My first bite had a strong pumpkin spice kick to it, so it took me a minute to get my taste buds right. It mellowed out a bit after that. I love it and will definitely be buying more. There are 14 pieces, so the pricing is good. I am really pleased with the individual slices, which are separated by parchment paper. I was able to place the pieces in individual containers, which allowed my family members to pull one out of the freezer when they wanted one. There is a recommendation to let the whole pumpkin cheesecake defrost in the fridge for 24 hours. We usually let the individual pieces defrost for at least a couple hour, but sometimes we cheat and try eating them a little sooner (still a little frozen).
