Great vaccum! Thought my rugs were clean....but oh no, not from what this vacum got out. Excellent vacum. Love the cord that rewinds itself. Easy to dump, no bags.

Great suction but too much for a shaggy type rug. Gets stuck. Too heavy to lug around to hardwoods. Gave it to my daughter for her carpets and she loves it along with the stair attachment. Really picks up the pet hair though!

This vacuum is exactly what I was looking for. Great suction, easy to maneuver, automatic cord rewind, removes dirt/dog hair from multiple surfaces, pretty light and all for a great price. I am overall very satisfied with my new vac.

Love this machine. So easy to put together and really picks up dog hair on the floor. Had a Hoover before, and it died, hopefully this will last long than a year.

This vacuum is lightweights but powerful. I love the swivel, it makes gerting in awkward spaces easy. The stair attachment is awesome and fits in those corners and seaming along the wall. .so glad I purchased this vacuum.

I bought 2 for the office carpets which are few. Within weeks one stopped working. I returned it. The other is still working. I bought a stick vacuum to replace the other.

Very easy to assemble. The suction is great from the house even when the extended attachments are on. Having 5 dogs, this vacuum is great, it picks up pet hair effortlessly! A great purchase for it's purpose!

I replaced a very old Dirt Devil upright that I salvaged and reconditioned. It would require emptying and cleaning the filters each time I used it. Love that this came with 2 spare filters (total of 3) so I can remove and wash the filter, and replace it immediately with a spare. The vacuum is light and very easy to handle, has a 3 year warranty, and all the attachments one could want. I especially love the retractable cord; it saves much time, and the swivel feature makes it easy to approach a corner from two angles without me having to pick up the vacuum and turn it 90°. I am currently trying to break my habit of cleaning the filters after each use, and will see if the Bissell will continue to clean well after 4 or 5 uses, without frequent cleaning.
