This vacuum cleaner has tremendous suction. I used it right after using my 5 year old Orick and my husband and I couldn't get over how much it picked up. The rewinding cord is so convenient. Love the attachments they did a wonderful job on our ceiling fans.

Easy to assemble out of the box. Great maneuverability while using and has great suction. Has a long cord and I love the roll up feature. The filters are easy to clean and it comes with an extra two plus an extra belt. I have one inside short- hair dog and I vacuum daily over both short pile carpet and hardwood floors. I've only had it about a month, so I can't yet speak about durability but it seems very well made. I would definitely buy again.

I purchased this vacuum as a backup for my bigger and heavier vacuum. Its lightweight and has good suction. I use it for the convenience of cleaning pet hair off the furniture. It has a functional powered pet tool that makes this cleanup quick and easy. The price was great and Bissell even made a 10 dollar donation to help pets through their foundation.

I replaced a very old Dirt Devil upright that I salvaged and reconditioned. It would require emptying and cleaning the filters each time I used it. Love that this came with 2 spare filters (total of 3) so I can remove and wash the filter, and replace it immediately with a spare. The vacuum is light and very easy to handle, has a 3 year warranty, and all the attachments one could want. I especially love the retractable cord; it saves much time, and the swivel feature makes it easy to approach a corner from two angles without me having to pick up the vacuum and turn it 90°. I am currently trying to break my habit of cleaning the filters after each use, and will see if the Bissell will continue to clean well after 4 or 5 uses, without frequent cleaning.

I like that it swivels. I love that the chief is retractable. I do however wish it had a "headlight". I used to rhino that was a ridiculous thing to have on a vaccum, until i had one! Now i think it's a must have, that i didn't realize this one didn't have at time of purchase. But it does work well. Have long hair cast, and I myself have long hair so a good vaccum is a definite must have. Overall it's good vaccum, just need a headlight.

I've had this for 3 weeks now and am really surprised how much more dog hair, dust, etc it picks up than my 10 year old Shark Navigator Pro (which was falling apart). The price is amazing for what you get. Even if it lasts me 3 years only, it's still a great deal. The only thing I wish was different is that there is no way to empty the canister without your hand getting in the way.

I have had a Dyson for several years but have felt that it hasn't been doing a great job. Ordered this Bissell and LOVE it!! My Dyson was definitely not cleaning my carpets! I have a cleaner come every 2 weeks and they also loved the new vacuum. They are recommending their company in purchasing some for them.

Great vacuum that doesn't kill the pocket book! I love how strong the suction of the vacuum is in picking up off the carpet. It's easy to select the level you want, empty the debris and change out the filters. I love the retractable cord and if used properly, easily comes out and goes back into the vacuum. I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised when I purchased the vacuum but I am very satisfied! The attachments do have a tendency to fall off but I just set them aside I want to use them, as an example, the stairs. Thanks for a great vacuum Bissel!

Vacuum picks up A LOT of dust and fur/pet hair! Attachments are easy to use... my vacuum does tend to clog near the hose bend by the roller, so I have to watch/look at that area every time I empty the canister. When it does clog, it's not easy to clear out. But overall, a very good vacuum.

Powerful medium sized vacuum with a great selection of attachments. The power hand held attachment has a paddle style roller which easily stops but it is functional. Also, while not does have four height settings, I would not recommend using it on anything resembling a shag carpet/rug. Overall, very functional and powerful.
