I have had this vacuum for around three weeks and love it. I had another bissell for five years, it still works but it got relocated to another floor of my home. In short I ordered this one and I like this one even more it works as well as a dyson, without the high price. I would recommend this to anyone. I do vacuumed at least every day I have two dogs so that means a lot of walks with that dirt.

Does a nice job with 3 large dogs, attachments FALL off with a simple touch and it seems cheap, so not sure it is going to last. The price is nice, but really concerned that it will fall apart in a year or two. The power head attachment does a good job on the sofa. Just seems flimsy so we will see. I will update if it falls apart as I suspect it will.

Truly the best vacuum if you have a cat. I had a good Shark vacuum that died on me that I used weekly and a robot vacuum that I used twice weekly. my first time using this vacuum and the cannister was half full. My cats litter box is on carpet because I don't have bathroom space and I don't think any vacuum has ever picked up litter in the carpet better. The only thing is that the handle is a bit shorter than I would like and my pocket bumps the on off switch. But truly, best vacuum.

I thought my regular vacuum cleaner was doing a great job until it wasn't picking up dog hair as much as I wanted. After looking at new vacuums, researching, comparing, etc. I decided to purchase this one. I was shocked the first time I used it on our large area rugs; so much hair in the clear canister! It's much heavier than I expected and I don't like the cord on the side of the vacuum as it gets in the way. For picking up hair and debris, it's great!

The suction on this vacuum is amazing. I bought this to replace my Dyson that broke and am pleasantly surprised at how much better it works than the Dyson I had. There were 2 items missing from the box when it arrived, and I called Bissell and they sent me the 2 parts right away at no charge.

I can't believe all the dirt and cat hair my last vacuum had left behind in the carpet until I vacuumed with this machine.........WOW! Unbelievable! I'm slightly embarrassed now how dirty my carpet actually was. This vacuum works great and you can't beat the price!

Great vacuum, with plenty of cord and easy to maneuver. Does a great job on bare floors as well as carpet, and SUCKS! Only complaint is the on board tool positioning. The pet hair attachment gets knocked of every time I need to use the hose with other attachments. Not a deal breaker.

Worth the price! Lightweight and easy to maneuver. The swivel makes it easy to move without puttin too much effort. The best part is it actually picks up pets hair and removes it from hard to reach areas like edges ans corners. This is tested and verified as we have 2 kittens, one short hair and one medium hair.

Didn't even get to use a full time and brush broke on first use. It just stopped spinning.
