I love this vacuum. The fact that you don't have to roll the cord up. When you switch from floor to hose you don't have to change the setting. That part is great. Cleaning is easy as well.

Vacuum broke in the first week of unboxing. Called Sams for return and they told me it was past the 14 day return window. 18 days in and cannot return a defective item. Very dissapointed!!!

I dont have pets but this is the best vaccuum I've ever had(and I've had a few). My kids even commented on how well it works. Great value for the money, great value overall! Highly recommended!!

Really works well on carpets collecting fibers which create dust. I especially like the rewind feature for the cord. It also maneuvers well and adjusts easily from carpet to hard floors.

DO NOT BUY! Worst vacuum I've ever owned. It is awkward and unsteady. Impossible to use on high pile carpet even with the correct setting. WASTE OF MONEY

Very easy to assemble. The suction is great from the house even when the extended attachments are on. Having 5 dogs, this vacuum is great, it picks up pet hair effortlessly! A great purchase for it's purpose!

So far so good. I've only used a few times so far, but it is easy to maneuver and picks up dirt and hair seemingly well, I have two cats that shed like crazy. I have used it on carpet and bare floors. I think it's a great vacuum for its price.

I bought 2 for the office carpets which are few. Within weeks one stopped working. I returned it. The other is still working. I bought a stick vacuum to replace the other.

This vacuum is exactly what I was looking for. Great suction, easy to maneuver, automatic cord rewind, removes dirt/dog hair from multiple surfaces, pretty light and all for a great price. I am overall very satisfied with my new vac.

Great suction but too much for a shaggy type rug. Gets stuck. Too heavy to lug around to hardwoods. Gave it to my daughter for her carpets and she loves it along with the stair attachment. Really picks up the pet hair though!
