I am 5' 2" and have limited use of my arms / hands. For me, the Roman Chair / Hyperextention Bench is VERY difficult to get up on And settled, to begin any workout. ( Maybe a bar across the bottom to be able to step on would help ) If I was able to view this in a store, I would have never bought this particular one for myself, But Certainly would have chose a Different one... It may be a Great piece of equipment for a Much Taller person. The price was Great and the shipping was fast, set up was quick and seems sturdy. Will be returning it soon, and perhaps order a different style that will work better for me.

Great value!! A really sturdy piece of gym equipment for the price. I'm 5 ft and the piece is a bit tall for me, but I manage. It took me about 40 mins to put together. I've used it for 2 weeks and my lower back feels stronger already! I'm happy with My purchase. it serves it's purpose & it didn't make me go broke!

I love this! The Apex Hyperextension bench is just what I was looking for. I was a little concerned by how inexpensive it was but every site I went to, it had over 200 reviews...all positive! I bought it & it arrived quickly. I put it together by myself in less than 30 min. Its sturdy! Holds my husband with no problem & doesn't budge or wiggle. I love it! Couldn't be happier...already recommended it to friends!

Exactly what I was looking for .. went together easy and it's very sturdy. I was a little reluctant because the price was good... but it is extremely sturdy and works great

we put the chair together on Sunday - took about 30 minutes with only adjustable pliers and an Allen wrench. The chair is very sturdy = good deal for the price.

This unit has plenty of clearance so I can stretch fully out without worrying about "banging" my head on the floor. Good value. I weigh 240 lbs. and it holds my weight just fine.

Not sure how or why some people could want more cushion, it's exercise equipment not a sofa. Plenty stable enough for trunk twists, crunches and extensions are no problem. A great value for $70.

Great for back extension and crunches! It's well made and stable. I'm 5'7 135lb and I have no problem with the length and height. Only problem is that it does have an initial chemical/oil type smell on the paddings, but it's slowly going away.

Easy to assemble. I weigh 220 and the equip appears strong and sturdy. Used to strengthen lower back and core. Definitely a great value, and my back is much stronger.
