I think this is fine for mild stress relief to unwind from a long day. Also these are be called “gummies” but they are definitely difficult to chew. Not a soft chewable like you would expect.

So far I have noticed improvement on my mood, usually I suffer a lot from anxiety and stress and since I have been taking this gummy I felt more relax.

The strawberry flavored gummies work as well as the orange and raspberry lemonade flavors. These have a slightly different gummy shape, and taste similar to Australian style red licorice. If giving to younger or special needs individuals, they are definitely more “candy” tasting than the other flavors in my opinion.

I have been taking Calm for several years. I started with the powder(unflavored) . It has helped me sooooo much with relaxing and sleeping well at night. I switched to the gummies and like them better. The lemon raspberry flavor is great, just hard to find. Bonus with Calm it keeps me regular and I control the amount to take. I was so excited to see the CALM gummies available at Sam's and with a great price. I take this product daily to assist with terrible leg cramps caused my nerve damage in one of my legs so it is important that I don't miss a day or I have a great deal of pain at night. Well what a let down because when I opened this up just a couple of days ago they were not like my usual CALM gummies at all. They were smaller in size and super hard. I tried chewing up a few, but they were rock like! I am so disappointed and will need to return as they are not usable.
