These have made a huge difference in my quality of sleep, relieving muscle tension, and feeling more calm. I highly recommend them. It's just too hard to get the recommended amount of magnesium from diet alone. Four gummies equal 78% of your daily requirement. I should also add that i had been taking a cheaper form of magnesium for several years and I had no relief from the above issues. After I switched to this form, I had immediate results.

Great price for large bottle of gummies

The Natural Vitality Calm gummies are a great bargain, especially with the instant $5 savings. The adult dosage is 3-4 gummies, reducing the economy of the product. We try to cut the dosage to 2 gummies since we limit sugar intake (cane sugar is listed in the ingredients). The effectiveness of calming and sleep producing effect needs to be stronger.

The Powder is so much better

Consistent with other reviewers - I purchased these on samsclub.com and received dried out gummies. They taste nothing like what typically Calm gummies do - these are super dry. I was concerned about using them as well as efficacy and returned back to samsclub.com with the note. I hope the ones that are on now are a better batch, but I am uncomfortable purchasing these again. Supposedly Anti-stress gummies are giving me stress:). Apologies for not a great review - but just wanted to warn fellow consumers.
