I bought one in September and one in October. The one I bought in October had an issue where the hinges snapped off. Bentgo has been responsive in offering a replacement and generously accommodated me since I no longer had my receipt and offered a replacement in exchange for a review. I suggest hanging onto your receipts until Bentgo upgrades the hinges as I can see this is currently a common issue. Overall my kids love their Bentgos and are having fun packing their own lunches I’m considering getting one for myself.

We bought this for my son’s first year of school and it’s been perfect. When he first used it, I think he opened it too far and it chipped. We reached out to Bentgo and their customer support helped us out without issue. We would, and likely will, buy another Bentgo.

Love this lunch box as an upgrade from the toddler version for my second grader. I’m able to pack a full sandwich as well as other items that all stay separate. I also use one myself and for car trips and picnics. Couldn’t be happier! Great customer service as well from Bentgo that I’ve used a couple of times.

Apparently we ordered our boxes at a bad time like many other parents for kids returning to school, there was a bit of a delay, but their customer service was very accommodating and when the boxes finally came, it was definitely worth it for the girls to brown bag it for the quality we got in these boxes

I bought the mint green modern Bentgo for my sports travels, and it has been so helpful to me! I have so much fun making my lunch box every day, and the divided sections allows me to make several different types of meals. It's also super easy to clean and dry, and it doesn't hold any tastes or smells.

Purchase two of the Bentgo Modern lunch boxes in late December. Quality and practical sizing is a must for healthy lunches and these lunch boxes have exceeded my expectations. Will definitely purchase again. Had to call customer service for a minor question and they helped out above and beyond with what was expected. Truly admire a company like Bentgo for this.

I have had a few bentgo products over the years and have loved them for myself. However, my husband still preferred getting fast food or ordering takeout at work. After some not great lab results, I convinced him he needed to change his eating habits so I purchased two of these to make meal prep easier. I love the sections for pre-portioning food, while he loves that the divider comes out to make a section large enough for a sandwich. The containers seal so well that I have had tortilla chips in one section and marinated cucumbers in another and my chips were perfectly dry and crisp. I also love that it has a microwave and dishwasher safe food tray. It makes cleanup a breeze and so far there has been no staining of the plastic. My only complaint is that the removable divider fits a bit loosely (and that my husband accidentally threw his away!) Otherwise, this is fantastic product and I plan to buy more!

After looking at all options in the market, I decided to go with the modern lunch box for my 8 year old daughter, she loves bringing her lunch. The box is very sturdy, the space in it is great, it can fit a lot of food. My daughter tells me she gets complements all the time from her friends. Highly recommended, we both the set with 2, and are very happy with it.

My child loves the new Bentgo Box! She had been wanting one that was a bit more stylish and grown-up than the one she's used for years. The Bentgo Modern fulfilled her wishes. The design is solid, and the compartments are perfectly sized to fit sandwiches or sushi, fruits and veggies, and a variety of snacks.
