I bought two boxes for my girls before the start of school. They both love their boxes and cleaning is easy with the removal component. I had an issue with my Bentgo and wrote to customer service And they promptly replied and sent me a replacement. They are a company that stands behind their product!

My daughter wanted a container to carry her lunch to school in, and she wanted one that wouldn't leak. We had a different type of container that she used, and her pickle juice leaked into her sandwich (she didn't care for a soggy, pickle juice sandwich). We looked at a lot of different options for her, but a lot of them looked too juvenile for a high schooler. I ordered this one, and when it arrived she loved the look of it. The first day she used it she took a salad, yogurt, and fruit. She was happy that her yogurt didn't leak into the other compartments. She is happy with the looks and function of this lunch container. The quality seems good, so I'm hoping it will last her for several years.

I've only had this box for 2 months and it's already growing mildew or something in the leak proof seal that no amount of scrubbing will get out. I never leave anything in it for more than 24 hours, so I'm really disappointed with how fast it got gross. The seal area is very difficult to thoroughly clean :/

Love this lunchbox, we use it for our toddler and it keeps everything separate, even if there’s some liquid from fruit. And it is big enough to pack a full day lunch and snacks. And it keeps the food at a cool temperature. And best of all it is dishwasher safe.

These are my absolute favorite lunch boxes! I get so many positive comments about my lunch box at work. It’s everything you need to eat a multiple component meal away from home and keep everything fresh and separate. This company has great customer service too!

I bought two modern bento lunch boxes, one for my daughter and one for my son. My daughter's lunch box broke almost a month after we got it, and my son's broke 3 months after we got it. I'm extremely disappointed because since my kids were toddlers we have been getting betgo brand lunch boxes and they have been durable and good quality, unfortunately for this specific model is not the case since both broke from the hinges.

The adjustable compartment is great, and works for full size sandwiches, chips and larger big kid or adult size portions. The tray removes easily and washes well in the dishwasher, or is very easy to handwash. The removable tray slides easily out of the container and is microwave safe.

My kids use Bentgo Modern lunch boxes for school. Recently, the clips broke off a couple of the lunch boxes. I contacted the company to see if I could buy some replacement clips. Unfortunately, you can't buy the clips on their own... Imagine my surprise when the company offered to replace both lunch boxes completely!! All I had to do was send in a couple pictures of the broken parts, and Bentgo took care of everything else. Thanks Bentgo. Great customer service!
