We bought this in Oct and it's been great. The wireless range is really good. With the base station centrally located, it reaches to the far corners of a good sized house. Very easy setup. The sticky tape is good, but it's always better to add the mounting screws -- we had a sensor fall off the jam and it set off the alarm. I've added the supplied screws to the sensors and that won't happen again.

We got this a few weeks ago and it arrived quickly and was super easy to setup! Everything is spelled out pretty much step by step, and the system seems to work perfectly as advertised. The entire process only took me about 30 minutes to setup for everything, and I could do it all myself from the keypad and my iPhone.

I bough this about a month ago and love it, i would recommend the $25 a month plan since its half of what ADT cost and you can cancel at any time. Everything is straight forward with installation and easy to pair all the sensors with the base. The SimpliSafe app is nice to have too I set mine up to alert me when ever the alarm status is changed from OFF, HOME, and AWAY.

I bought this system 3-weeks ago. I bought add on parts directly from SimpliSafe to get the full system I wanted. Super pleased with the function of the hardware and very pleased with the SimpliSafe people when I had questions. Everyone I talked with were perfect.

I got this system just b4 Christmas, so haven't had the time to install yet. However, My sis has this system and she really likes it. She too is a widow, myself just recently, and she installed it herself and said it was easy. However, my windows I think will be a challenge because they are metal sliders including a sliding glass door, so I sure hope its as easy as she says. I did talk to someone at Simplisafe who said I needed to talk to them b4 installing on the windows . He finally said that I need to put tape on the window frame b4 installing the device. Has anybody had this issue???

This is our second system and we wouldn't consider anyone else to secure our property. Our first system was the first generation and it was easy to install. This system is second generation and it was even easier to install. No need to spend a ton of money on security, SimpliSafe does the job and it does it well.

Upgraded from the original which was highly reliable and easy to set up. Had to upgrade to use the new door lock device.

I love this security system i can monitor the house and also some secret areas as well. It keeps an eye on my home and property.

I got this for granddaughter, they installed everything & the maintenance man came In unannounced, & the rest is: he RAN out of there, he was caught on Camera, he was sooooo scared his apology was priceless!!!

This system is fairly easy to install. For full features you will need high speed internet. For people with more than one home or who travel a lot, you must add the price of the internet to the price of the monitoring.
