Easy to install, easy to use. In the long run, it's much cheaper than Frontpoint. One complaint is the camera: only live view, no recording possibility.

I installed the system hardware in approximately 30 minutes, uploaded the App, turned on the camera and the whole thing was ready to go in less than one hour. So far no problems or complaints. One suggestion, instead of depending on the tape provided for each sensor, I would screw them into the frames and doors. Great system I am going to sign up for monitoring next week.

I have been a SimpliSafe customer for 4 years and I'm disappointed with the false alarms and constant connectivity issues this system brings.

nice system but could use more instructions on how to set up the options. Also, it says it doesn't set off motion for pets. My cats set off motion sensors.

Easily set up in minutes. Like the 3 day practice period that comes with using the app. We needed it! The basic service is $14.99/month which I feel is reasonable. I also like that adding more sensors,etc. is very affordable.

This is a great security system. Easy to install and excellent app worth all the functionality you need. Monitoring fees are so much lower than all competitors so highly recommend!

Easy to set up and works well. Instructions could be a little better but my experience with security systems allowed me to make a trouble free installation.

I bought this system 3-weeks ago. I bought add on parts directly from SimpliSafe to get the full system I wanted. Super pleased with the function of the hardware and very pleased with the SimpliSafe people when I had questions. Everyone I talked with were perfect.
