It was fairly easy to set up but did take some time. The motions sensor works great so far. The quality of the camera is pretty clear and word well! The sensors for the windows have worked well so far too. Overall this has been a great security system and it works well for our families needs.

It has so many great features and ways to keep your family safe. The setup was easy enough but it was a little difficult to set up with an account on the website and pair with the camera. The volume is perfect on the open door sensors and can be heard throughout the house. The only real con I have is the sticky pads that come with the kit just don't stay up very well. We've already had to replace the sticky pads on the main alarm and a few of the sensors. I like that you can add different features and services for an affordable price. Overall, I definitely recommend the SimpliSafe Home Security System if you're looking for an affordable way to keep your family and home safe.

The security of the motion detectors, the camera, the entry sensors,and the panic button all make me and my family feel as safe as we ever have. The added bonus is the one month free service they give you with the security company. Another feature that was great about this product was the wireless key fob that came with the package. It can make entering and exiting our home very simple and we can do it very efficiently. I would probably say my favorite feature of this product would be the camera. I love the fact that it has a mic built into it so that I can talk to whoever I am seeing on the camera without having to open my door. Lastly the entry sensors are a must-have if you have children. Now I do not worry about any of my kids sneaking out, because as soon as they raise their window The Hub will go off and notify me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This security system is really nice. It was all so easy to setup. I put the camera and motion sensor in my living room. The entry sensors were easy to install and came with enough for my back and side doors. The camera has a great picture. I love that you can arm and disarm the alarm with a keypad. The alarm is super loud when triggered. The service plans are affordable. I definitely recommend!

Installation is (mostly) super simple, however, a solution for installing the door sensors when frames are designed to be uneven with the door would be a nice addition. The keypad and motion sensor are very easy to handle. I need to get a few more pieces to get this system fully up and running, but it makes the grade so far!!

On May 23, 2020 I purchased 2 security systems for a large area. I installed 8 entry sensors and received a low battery signal on 5 of the sensors. All of the plastic battery tabs were in place which should eliminated this problem. Since these are brand new shouldn't the batteries be warranted?
