The 10 piece system I received came with the base station, keypad, 4 entry sensors, 1 motion sensor, security camera, panic button, key fob and also included 1 month of free monitoring! We love it so far! Great way to protect our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this to be able to see what, if anything, was happening outside my house when we weren't home. I can see when groceries and packages are dropped off on my porch and who the people are that leave them there. I can access the monitor on my phone with ease and the app is easy to use. It was all easy to install by following the directions. Even my husband who works out of town for extended times can see what happens while he is away. We feel secure and safe!

Super easy setup and great quality so far. Only issue my batteries in alot of the units were dying but I called and they sent them to me immediately. I love it so much and make me feel protected and being able to see my home with the camera is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having someone trying to break into my home on my birthday, getting a security system was a must. My husband set the system up and he said it was pretty quick and easy. It brings me piece of mind to know my home is more secure.

I just upgraded from the original Simplisafe system after nearly 10 years of use. The savings during this time has paid for the old system and the new system many times. I have had two other systems in my home with which to compare. While I have never had a burglary, I have several occasions of tripping an alarm inadvertently on all of my systems. One might worry that a $15.00 per month monitoring would be inferior, but response time has been superior to AD..., Protect..., and another local vendor. At one point I called because I hadn't gotten a call for a false alarm only to find I had been to quick to correct my mistake. The only criticism is that when you recommend a friend the one month credit does not happen automatically. My niece got a system with no “credit” nor did I, (she didn't know she had a credit coming.) but a call to customer support quickly resolved the error. The old system was great, but the new system is vastly improved. The only reason not to buy, is you are not concerned about security.
