Seemed new once opened; assembled and attempted to start. Catches but won’t turnover despite choke setting. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro price is great for that size generator. The only things I had to put on unit was wheels, hubcaps, and feet easy. Added recommend oil, battery was fully charged, plugged it, connected propane tank, and it started right away. Put a load on it, no problem. I didnt try the crank start, but im glad it has 2 methods to start. It comes with a cover, charger, straps, funnel and a magnetic dip stick for oil, nice. Very nice quality. 2 year mfg warranty with an extra 90 days- easy registration on their website. It is heavy, about 110lbs- so 2 people lift when necessary. Haven't checked the decibels, it sounds like a generator not super loud, but not a super quiet. Its an open frame, they're not the quiet ones, you spend more for those. I feel for what need it for, RV %26 emergency at home, its perfect. I have 3-20lb tanks so if I lose power I should be ok for awhile, havent tested a tank with the loads I intend to use for. Very nice looking unit, wheels nicely with handle.

Some of your people have treated me like ****. Some (maybe most) have treated me well, but there are a few that have left me fuming inside. I don't need it! Maybe you guys need some secret shoppers unless you already have more then enough customers!

purchased generator for emergency power during tempory outages. Wanted propane type motor as gas can foul during periods of storage. After putting oil in and some very easy assembly steps i charged the included Li battery, I hooked up a 20lb propane tank and the generator fired right up. I have the unit neatly stored on back porch ready to go. the generator came with a nylon cover, sparkplug wrench tool and a 25ft extension cord that all neatly store in tbe onboard compartment. The included battery or recoil type pull rope can both be used to start the unit. very pleased. the generator also has wheels and a folding handle for convenience moving it around.

I have assembled the generator and placed it under load. The Shroud installed is made of plastic but for the price Im okay with that. I would buy again.

Very nice machine. Easy to assemble. Charged the battery . Put in the oil and connected the propane . It fired up no problem. Ran it 2 times for 10 minutes each to test it . No problems in test runs.
