The structure of the mattress deteriorated in less than one year. When I sat on the edge, the edge sank about half way down. The area where I normally slept developed a valley such that my girlfriend said she felt like she was entering a valley. Unfortunately since the mattress sprang back to its original level when no one was on it, the warranty dept refused to provide any help. So I discarded it. Poor quality and disappointing level of customer support.

Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. Purchased in June but already sagging & I have been rotating it too. Now it is sagging on both sides. Tried to file a warranty claim, there is a fabulous 10 yr warranty however, there are so many loopholes in the warranty it's worthless to me. For some reason I have to prove I bought the mattress although my invoice is on file by providing a pic of a law tag. That is a paper tag on the side of the mattress which of course I removed. Could hear the paper crunching when using the mattress. So I was told I could use a tag on the bottom of the mattress. I looked and it doesn't exist, I did not remove it and have never looked at the bottom of the mattress. It was delivered and placed right side up on the bed, I never saw the bottom. I wasted my money & cannot recommend this mattress. Beware if you plan to purchase & be sure to check out the warranty requirements.

It has just the right amount of firmness (I can't stand mattresses that are too soft or too firm). The pillow top is a nice luxurious touch also that most mattresses don't have. We recommend the mattress highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stearns & Foster kindly gave me the Lux Hybrid Medium for free so that I could review it. I have only slept on this mattress for a few weeks, and I really like it so far. This is my first hybrid mattress. The medium is softer than I expected. Compared to my eight years old memory mattress, it's much cooler. It seems like this mattress provides support evenly all night. I can find my comfortable sleeping position easily, and fall asleep fast. I wake up feeling rested every morning.

It's conforming to the body like memory foam, supportive like inner spring, cool, comfortable and you sleep in it like there isn't a care in the world. This is the best bed I've ever owned or slept in. It's worth every cent.

Recently purchased this mattress and a large dip formed about the size of a watermelon only a month or so of sleeping in it. It was replaced by the same exact mattress and once again the dip is back. Don't think we'll be keeping this mattress and get our money back.

This is my first experience with this brand, but it won't be my last. We absolutely love this mattress! It is very thick and I do plan on buying some deep fitted sheets, but that's not a big deal. Because it's so tall, it is able to offer much support. It's firm, but the pillow top offers just enough softness to be very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his stomach, we both have been sleeping great on it. A good night sleep is so important and comfort makes all the difference. We have owned mattresses from other big brands, but this one is by far our favorite. Even the material of the mattress feels luxurious and is attractive. It's obvious thought and detail went into making it. It was also a very easy and painless delivery. The service sent many updates and the delivery drivers were very kind. I will definitely be recommending this mattress to friends and family looking for a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Stearns & Foster Lux Hybrid Soft Queen mattress is as if you're sleeping on clouds. Your body is surrounded by softness and irresistible comfort. I was able to fall asleep quickly and had a deep sleep throughout the night. Not once did I wake up with any aches or discomfort. Zero soreness in the morning. Waking up refreshed is an amazing feeling. I'm in love with the dark color of the mattress as well. This mattress reminds me of the luxury mattresses that are in five star hotels.

I had a 2021 Model Sterns And Foster Reserve Cal King bed and it was the best bed I have ever experienced. When my movers damaged my mattress, I went right out and bought another one of the same model. When the bed arrived I noticed several things had changed. Even though it had the same name and softness, the mattress was completely different. First off, the quality of the covering material is much lower. Seems to be made of some sort of polyester or nylon. The new covering material allows your sheets slide around on the bed when you move or roll over in bed. The new material also seems to hold body heat. I have never had a problem with sleeping hot, but this new mattress makes me and my spouse very warm at night. Lastly, the new bed has tufting that has very firm knots in the center of the tufts. Making for a lumpy bed with hard spots all over it. I found myself not able to find a comfortable position, and always being disturbed by high and low spots as well as hard knots all over the bed. Its a shame because the 2021 model I replaced had none of these issues. After trying to get used to the mattress for 30 days I ended up returning it. Sadly, it seems all the Reserve collection mattresses have this cover and tufting. I would recommend trying out the mattress in a store before purchase. I am still giving 2 stars because other than the issues with the cover, the bed is a nice product.
