Not happy at all

Where to start! I like the idea of this vacuum but it's top heavy so your arm does wear out after using it. It doesn't suck great. There isn't alot of room in trash compartment so you have to empty it alot more. There's no way to stand this up. I've had to prop it on something and 9 times out of 10 it still falls to the floor. The cord is long which is a plus but it doesn't make up for all the cons about this vacuum. I wouldn't recommend to a friend. I'll be going back to my Bissell which has never let me down.

Nothing

I bought it about year ago or so, well they've replaced the vacuum part for the floor due to clogging. Well I've been on the phone again. It says just dump the container an no touching it, well that doesn't work as I've had to dig it out. They told me that you are required to pull stuff out the container, it basically has to broken down into 3 pieces, each one has to be cleaned, will need scissors also to cut it off the roller bar, OMG. The worse thing I've ever bought in my whole life. DOES NOT WORK FOR "PET HAIR"!

Shark bad costumer service

Had this less then 90 day, and it looks like something broke already, it wont stay clicked upright. Customer service for Shark/Ninja is the worst and its on you to pay $ 26 shipping costs to replace/repair their low quality product. Im taking it to Sams to see if i will be able to exchange.

Pet owner obsessed with the Shark Rocket!

I researched like mad before buying this bad boy and it does not disappoint. I have two dogs and a cat and live in the forest, so our floor is always sandy and furry. The Ninja Shark Rocket is super easy to maneuver and quickly picks up all the chaos on our floor, including little wood bits from loading the wood stove. I recommend it for all smaller spaces!

Disappointed

Good pick-up and does the job but doesn’t stand upright! Safety issue if you have small pets or young children as it is very heavy. Resting it on anything or laying it on the floor can be dangerous. I’ve never in my 50 + years of using vacuums encountered this issue.
