The vacuum shaft is partially blocked all the way up which hinders the vacuum ability. the filter has such a fine screen that it clogs up the screen and never even makes it to the Max fill dirt storage area. it appears to me that the slot that allows the dirt and particles to go into the Max fill area is not big enough and traps the dirt in the screen making me have to dump it every 5 minutes. it is heavy on your wrist. The exhaust is blowing right into your face. so unless you're a bald man with strong wrists and no pets and no kids, then this vacuum is not for you. I wouldn't take this vacuum for free. very unhappy. One good thing about it is the lights I can see very well with it. I can see where it isn't working. what I am missing.

Our fancy Miele vacuum broke as we were getting ready to sell our house, so I needed something cheap just to tide us over while our main vacuum was in the shop. I grabbed this one and was impressed with how well it did on our carpet. It did take longer because the sweeping path is so narrow, but it did an amazing job on the stairs-- much better than the handheld attachment of our other vacuum. Today I used it to vacuum our van, and it did an awesome job fitting around and under all the seats. The two lights made it easy to see what I was doing in the dim light inside the garage. I'm still looking forward to having our big vacuum back from the shop, but this one will be great going forward for quick clean-ups, stairs, and the van.

Respectfully, this “vacuum” doesn't even deserve a single star. Let me tell you why. First of all it's like operating a broken shopping cart, and that just makes me want to die. Also who in their right mind makes a corded stick vacuum?? This vacuum made me hot and bothered within a whopping 10 seconds. Imagine. I'm really not even mad, just disappointed. Actually no I am really mad and will be throwing this vacuum in the trash where it belongs. You guys honestly made me question my existence and for that you should be ashamed of yourself. I really thought Christmas this year would be different, thanks a lot. ✌🏿

We stayed at an Airbnb, used a shark. We like it so much to decide buying one. This is not exactly the same model. Pros: light weight; swivel very easily; the cord makes it possible to vacuum for an extended time; the handheld piece can be hang on the wand right above the body which makes it standing up. Cons: The wand connecting to the vacuum body where the foot release is, comes disconnected very easily. I find when I release it from standup position, give the wand a push to make sure it click-locked. Then it doesn't disconnect as often; the suction power is not as strong as the one we used before; the brush vacuuming on hard surface is weak. Since every vacuum cleaner has something not satisfying, we haven't decided if it's a keeper or a returner.

I really liked the vacuum cleaner. Assembly is simple, no mystery there. The suction is really strong, picking up dust, hair, and heavy dirt effortlessly. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and the design helps reach tricky corners. The cord could be a little longer, but overall it delivers very well on its promises.

Lightweight but does a good job. Lots of attachments. I have a Dyson for heavy duty cleaning but it doesn't easily get under things. The Shark gets under furniture easily. The dirt cup is easy to empty. I've only been using the Shark for a few weeks but so far I like it. I talked my mom into buying one also.

Shark offers a great package with this amazing vacuum and low price. I love the lights, so I can see all the dirt. Power button is in a great location. I buy a new Shark every year (I clean houses). Definitely my favorite. I think the Oder neutralizer is not needed. And the power cord could be put in a better location. I will buy this again!

This is my second Shark, not because the first gave up the ghost but because my wonderful hubby finished my She Shed with carpet that needed a vacuum. Since I love my first one I had to get another. It takes up little space in my craft room and is so easy to clean up footprint, dirt, threads, etc. Love it!

I don't like that hair wraps around the roller Everytime I use it. then I have to get scissors to remove it all from the roller. and we only have 1 medium hair cat and 2 people with longer hair. like that it's light weight. it's definitely too heavy and will fall off over so you have to detach the top everytime for storage

This vacuum serves the purpose. I live in a two-level home with wood flooring and an area rug on the first floor and was simply looking for a compact vacuum that I could house on the first floor; and not have to transport a vacuum up and down the steps to vacuum the carpet on the second floor. This Shark is small enough to fit in a coat closet, lightweight, has a suitable lengthy electrical cord and has decent power. The transfer from carpet to hardwood floors is seamless and does not require an adjustment—allowing me to vacuum my entire first floor in less than 15 minutes. Again, it serves the purpose and I am happy that I purchased it when I did. I look forward to vacuuming the house now and it can be done effortlessly!
