I'm not entirely convinced about this product. They are small and the mass of the capsule is about 85% capsule 5% air and 10% liquid product. Yes I cut it open. In comparison to other products, the liquid product inside is very small relatively. After switching to this product I've been sick 3 times in a couple months which is way above the average of once a year.

Still no verdict as we just started taking them.

seed oils are inflammatory. get rid of sunflower oil please.

Has helped my vitamin d levels improve greatly since my last labs. I take daily with one of my meals. I was very deficient and this has helped. Vitamins should be taken with food for better absorbtion. My teens and husband take it as well.
