I selected this soundbar to replace another as I wanted one that would emphasize the voices more than the background. I am very pleased that Bose did not let me down. However, Bose does not play well with other remote controls and I have to use the Bose remote to control the sound. I purchased the Bose universal remote as well, but it does not connect to my Direct TV Stream unit so I am stuck with one more remote.

This soundbar produces mazing sound quality. I am deaf in one ear; and this device has been so helpful in allowing me to hear vocals without having to raise the volume all the way up. Dialogue mode allows me to hear news and sports casts clearly. With bass boost, movies come to life!

This speaker definitely clarifies speech, which is why I bought it. And it can be set to come on when TV input is present, so no additional power on is needed. Additionally, switching between optical input and bluetooth devices is easy, although it doesn't remember the volume level of each input, which would have been icing on the cake. And it's not quite as full sounding as one might expect from Bose, but still good.

Limited connection options, main one is optical. Can't turn on or adjust volume with the tv, you must use the Bose remote which is very tech behind and annoying with multiple remotes. Was probably up to date on the tech end 10 years ago, today in 2023 it is way behind. Works fine but if I had it to do over I would not buy this again, for sure for the price point. Sound is no better (actually worse with sound selection options) than my Samsung's I have on other TV's.

We like the size of this sound bar and the fact that there isn't a separate woofer that sits on the floor. However, there is a sound delay that requires adjustment on either the tv or sound bar and I find it very annoying. We are still trying to adjust it. The only way to avoid it is to use a tv and sound bar made by the same manufacturer.

This is by far the best soundbar i have ever owned! Dont let its size fool you! This speaker packs a powerful sound and it has a setting on it just for letting you hear the words better in watching movies or television. It was very easy to set up and it even comes with brackets to mount it if you want. We mounted ours under our television. Music sounds awesome too. Great speaker with Bose quality! You wont be disappointed, i can tell you that!!

Unable to use it. Base is to high even after decreasing it. Base to high even when you lower the volume. Need to be able to lower it more.

This was a great buy. I get great sound quality and the price was very reasonable. I love everything about this, including how small it is.

I love the compact size. It is perfect for our bedroom. Does lack heavy bass if you are into that. Otherwise, I love it.

Perfect purchase for replacing my Vizio soundbar. Sounds better. I can understand what the actors are saying due to Bose's special option.
