I would of given these five stars. I smoked these along with some Johnsonville brats and Slovacek links. The vote around here was these were 1st place with slovacek's coming in at a close 2nd, when it came to taste. The big problem was the bone fragments in the MM Hatch sausage. I ate the most and found bone in each link I tried. That's gross and just not acceptable. Not to mention possibly breaking a tooth.

i've bought & cooked numerous versions of the members mark sausages & cooked them various ways & i'm never impressed. a sausage is supposed to be seasoned well. none of the members mark sausages i have eaten are seasoned well & i'm never very impressed w/the quality of the meat either. these are better than most. i would not however buy it again. i encourage u to get johnsonville ... theirs are done right ... these are not. i do not recommend at all.

Delicious! Cooked up with peppers and onions and served over seasoned rice.
