I received this about a month ago and love it. It’s so sturdy and versatile. I’m impressed with how easy (take your time) it was to assemble and how robust it is. I would like a firebox tutorial. Additionally, the grill was delayed a few weeks. No big deal as they were very quick and clear on it. But even better, the CEO sent a set of utensils as a mea culpa for the delay. Above and beyond!

Y'all! This grill is awesome!! It came with a super nice cover and assembled easy! I do wish it had a place to hang grill tools as you grill. But I don't use the cooking hooks so we hang tools like the tongs and basting brush on those. The grill is heavy but they have super nice locking wheels which make moving around easy and then lock it so it stays.

This Argentinian Grill is solid! Well-built with top quality material. For this price range—the quality is amazing. This grill is heavy, solid, and perfectly fitted together—every hole, every connection was perfectly aligned for assembly. The instructions for assembly, especially using the BILT app, were complete and detailed. Assembly time suggested 2hrs to complete—maybe with two people, by myself it took closer to four hours. I have a 4-burnner Weber gas grill, a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker, and an outdoor pizza oven—so this Argentinian Grill completed our outdoor cooking/grilling needs. This is built to last and comes with a cover. I assembled in my garage and moved to my patio area (waited to install fire bricks; brasero; and top assembly due to the weight—since had to roll over grass). Side table is legit—heavy, thick. The coal shovel is extremely useful to shovel coals under brasero to main grill area. Seems they added a removable bottom rail that sits on top of the fire bricks—but this is fine since grilling Argentinian style demands that the coals be spread out and not directly under the meat (though fine if you want to put coals on top of the rail). If you have doubts due to the low price—since it is a few thousand less than most Argentinian Grills on the market-- I would say don’t hesitate to buy this, it is a great value! Be sure to look up some videos on Argentinian grilling as the slow cook style is different from the way you are probably used to grilling. Low heat and slow grilling locks in the flavor and juices. While it is heavy, 350 lbs., it roles easily over pavers or patio concrete. I would suggest also purchasing a Pizza Oven Brush and an Ash Rake (already had for my outdoor pizza oven) for moving coals and to help with clean up.

I bought this a few months ago and used it about 6 times. Besides being very sturdy and with good materials, I have a couple of issues with it. First, the metal bar that goes across the bottom of the grill over the bricks. This is very uncomfortable, being from Argentina I have never seen that before and it’s not great when trying to move hot coals, specially the back part. Another big issue is that when using the fire box, metal seems to expand and the grill gets stuck when moving up and down, even when using the metal bar, which looses a lot of the purpose of a a santa Maria/Argentina grill.

Impressive construction. This grill is heavy duty and a real pleasure to use. The brasero is easy to get rolling and has the added benefit of showing off. Good clean wood coals as a result. The bricks also retain heat.

Love the way the food tastes when using a wood fire, still learning how much fire is required for cooking on it. But I love it, it was just what I was looking for

None of the part numbers on the packages match the labels on the application. It would seem the application or the labels need updating. I would love to verify all parts are present and accounted for, but I can’t with mislabeled parts.

Doing the initial burns in the phone. My first use was with all the neighbors cooking up some Argentinian style skirt steak and Korean short ribs. It is extremely easy it control the heat with the adjustable height cook grates.

Neighbor and I assembled the grill in 3 hours. Instructions were great and the drilled holes aligned well. Have done two cooks on the grill and more than satisfied with the purchase.
