Used in a pan for meals it also helps things not stick! I would absolutely recommend this quality oil to others!

No other olive oils are like this one. I never use olive oil for frying or sauting as evoo is not good with heat.

It is perfect for a salad or marinade, but I also use it whenever I saute'. It smells good and the taste is bold , but not overpowering.
