My favorite way to use it is on bread, but it’s also nice in salad vinaigrette mixtures, as well as a nice olive oil to cook vegetables on the stove in.

I eat salad almost every day and I wouldn’t put any other type of oil on top of it except extra-virgin . It definitely tastes fresh and adds great flavor to whatever we add it to. I like that it comes in a plastic bottle so I don't have to worry about it breaking. It is Non GMO. I am interested in trying other products in the Pompeian line.

We've used other brands but our favorite is Pompeian as it has a much better robust flavor. We've totally gotten rid of vegetable, canola, and corn oils and replaced it with alternatives, Olive oil being one of those alternatives. We're much healthier and happy with the change.
