Love how spacious this refrigerator is and how many storage options there are. The MyColor Instaview window was an instant hit with my family. We love changing the window color to my kids favorite colors! The ThinQ app is so easy to use! The full convert draw is so useful and easy to change the settings with a simple push of the button inside the refrigerator. I can store my kids favorite snacks and drinks while still having so much room in the refrigerator and freezer. The slam resistant doors are perfect for when my kids close the refrigerator doors and the ThinQ app alerts me if they have forgotten to close the doors! Great refrigerator for this busy family! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to the LG Refrigerator from a side-by-side model. Our first impressions are extremely positive. At first we were nervous that it might be too large for the space we have, but it fits perfectly. Let's start with the Flex Drawer. For our first try at this we decided to use it to store beverages, cans, bottles. water, etc. and it is incredibly convenient. The preset temperatures are a breeze to use and easy to figure out even on first use. The ThinQ app is an interesting touch. It occasionally will send messages about how frequently we've opened the door or that we haven't used the ice and even suggests when to refresh the ice in the bottom freezer. That extra ice is a nice bonus also. One of my pet peeves about our previous refrigerator was how much noise it made. I am very happy to report In the time that we've used the LG , the difference is very noticeable. The LG operates 100 % more quietly. that is a big positive . Oh and it looks good as well. Overall, this refrigerator has been an impressive purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With my previous refrigerators, organizing space for different food groups was a challenge, and new items or leftovers would end up shoved wherever they fit.  This made it difficult to track what needed to be eaten first and what supplies I already had, often leading to spoiled food and an excess of condiments.  Now, everything has a designated spot, and even large items like full pots of stew fit easily.   I also love the middle drawer, which I've designated as my sandwich station, and the bottom freezer with a second shelf for easy access without having to dig around for frozen items.  Plus, I use the Door-in-Door daily to quickly check if I have enough lettuce for my bunny.  My favorite feature is the soft-close hinges, which prevent the doors from slamming shut — no more jostled condiments!  The only feature I found unnecessary is the MoodUP color-changing light; it's a bit extra for me, but I still show it off to my friends and family!  

It's a beautiful refrigerator/freezer and I liked it for a little over 3 years. The top freezer drawer keeps frosting up. We had the seals replaced but that didn't fix it. We ordered new rails for the drawer about a month ago but they're still 3 weeks out. Now the ice buildup is getting the fan. When i open the drawer I can bang the back wall in front of the fan and the ice falls off but that's temporary. Now it's displaying error codes for the freezer-FF and fridge-F. I have to pull out the fridge and unplug/plug it back in. That was yesterday. Today, 4/4 water started leaking from behind the water dispenser all over the floor so I had to shut the water off. Now we won't have water or ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my refrigerator and I love the appearance. It's different and also seems quite spacious. I was able to download the ThinQ app and set up my refrigerator with it. I'm able to change the color of the door in door through the app and there are some other features that makes the fridge interesting. You can set up the time for when the different color lights come on and off through the app. You can convert the middle draw to either being just cold or to a freezer through the app or on the inside of the fridge. You can knock on the door in door so the light will shine if you want to see what's sitting on the shelves in the front without opening the fridge. I like the soft closing doors since it doesn't make much noise when you shut it. The water dispenser works great! It's works fast, compared to my last refrigerator. There are three ways to get ice. There are cubed ice and crushed ice that comes from the water dispenser and one in the freezer section where it drops down into an area that carries ice for gatherings or just for yourself. I will admit that on area where you can open the door in door, it can get dirty fast so its best to make sure you clean that door often if you use it the most.
