I love this refrigerator is beautiful i didn't even realize it didn't have standard handles and I do miss standard handles. The coolant replacement cartridge is really easy and simple no more going behind panels or struggling to remove. Super easy to maintain and I love the separate compartments

Great features that are both functional and cool
This refrigerator was a tremendous upgrade from my previous fridge in both functionality and appearance. It's got a great deal of space accompanied by adjustable shelves to help fit larger items. The door in door feature that allows you to open the smaller glass door to grab items is great. That and the slam resistant doors makes opening and closing the fridge quiet and accident free. The best part may be the middle or utility drawer, which you can easily change from refrigerator to freezer and creates extra space for whatever you need. On top of all that it has some really cool specs that brighten up your kitchen. You can update the color light of the fridge which is pretty neat. As well as adjust the brightness in the evening which is great. All of this can be managed very seamlessly through the LG app on your phone! I would highly recommend this product to others. Great upgrade to your current kitchen appliances!

Nice large refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am Enjoying this new refrigerator. It’s very large inside and we can fit so many large containers of milk for the whole family which equals less trips to the store. Everything stays nice and cold. We can monitor the temperature and settings with the thin iq app. The doors hold less on the left side than my old fridge but the right side door and just massive interior make up for this. The doors also quietly close on their own which is a super nice feature. I sometimes worry the front display door with the inside fragile clip for the seal may break easily since this one requires self push to close and you need to be careful for this reason. The drawers are very light weight. There’s extra ice in the freezer for on the go. The ice maker works very well and makes a lot of ice. My children like to roll Open the freezer to grab ice pops out and icecream. There are much less finger prints than my old refrigerator. My daughter loves the purple door color. You can select the color and for how long (up to 8 hours a day I believe), on how long each color displays. It’s a nice kitchen night light and will get use during day light savings time when darkness sets in. We are loving this lg fridge. Best feature is the space!

Beauty and a beast to store all the things!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am smitten with my new LG Refrigerator. This beauty is so gorgeous to have in the kitchen. Factor in the efficiency and storage capacity and it is a win all around. I have not used the ThinQ App yet as I have only had it a week but I am looking forward to checking it out. The InstaView Door in Door is my favorite thing thus far. I love the ability to double tap and have the light come on. Also, only opening the one smaller door must save a considerable amount of energy, I have not yet used the MyColor LED Lighting but I am sure that will be fun! The soft closing doors are fabulous for a house with kids. This feature is one of the nicest I have seen among new fridges I have been researching. I love the Full Convert drawer and having the ability to use it as a deli space or crank it down to a freezer as well. The bottom freezer is spacious and the drawer gives more flexibility for storage. I am impressed with the ice maker in two locations. I love having the water and ice in the door. That was a must for me. We use both so often at our house and I have found the unit is keeping up with making ice very well. I am happy overall and looking forward to a long relationship with my new addition!

The jury is still out, so far ok. We are noticing the glass door doesnt close as tight automatically often causing the alarm sound. Might be an installation issue. Finding the deli compartment as a separate unit very handy. I wish overall the build was taller rather than deeper. And the in-door ice-water dispenser is somewhat counterintuitive: select option is only on water while the light travels to show the current selection. Not sure why would select push option wouldn’t follow. Minor, but quite inconvenient when you have people over or a kid with learning disabilities. And another minor suggestion, the deli compartment could benefit from an extra divider. I ordered it separately; happy it’s possible. I do appreciate a more compact in-door unit. Overall happy so far.

Water tastes terrible
Fridge is a decent size with some good features. We can’t seem to get the water to taste like water, not garden hose water. We can’t get cold water either. This fridge is only 2 weeks old I was hoping for better luck with spending this kind of money on an appliance.

Inconsistent temperatures
This refrigerator has wildly inconsistent temperatures. We have had 2 gallons of milk spoil even though the fridge is set at 37 and the app says it is cooling well. Installed several thermometers and they were reading 40-42 in the fridge. Had to set the refrigerator temp down to 34 to have the main area hold 36 while the door is still reading 40. A repairman came out and told us the temp was within acceptable specs so he could do nothing with the refrigerator. The best he could do was enter the refrigerator into a program where LG is monitoring the refrigerator. It’s getting expensive throwing milk away. Will no longer be storing milk in the door, even though it was designed to access milk without opening the entire refrigerator. Too expensive of a refrigerator to not work properly. Disappointed!

This was the worst refrigerator I ever bought. The compressor won’t last long and repair shops refuse to work on them because they are so terrible
