Quick and easy, very yummy too. I added onions, peppers and spices. You soak in water then place in a hot pan.

These taste just like the Waffle House hash browns. They take quite a long time to cook as my family likes them very brown(about 15 minutes total). They taste a lot better than the hash browns I tried to make from scratch.

The new version is not nearly as good as the original. They're very thin and doesn't have very much flavor. I wish the old ones would come back will not be buying again.
