I absolutely loved this pre workout. It's affordable with a flavor that is great but not overwhelmingly strong. The beta alanine and the entire formula hits perfectly in my opinion. I do one scoop for upper body, 2 for lower. Would highly recommend this pre workout for beginners and intermediates.

This pre is great! It mixes so well flavor is 100 percent on point. Both flavors are 10/10 can't go wrong with either. I've tried other pre but this tastes and works the best. Great stim not too much pump is great. focus and energy is perfect. Can't recommend anything other then raw nutrition!!

I've had one of these pre workouts and I think it was the berry and it was pretty nasty but the effects were INSANE! Best pre workout I've ever had as far as feeling. This one completely blew my mind with how good the flavor is and how it feels. I have never had a pre that consistently lasts my entire workout. I can't go back to anything I've had before!

THE BEST!!! This is the only pre that doesn't make me feel sick. I get great pumps, and the flavor is amazing. I'm normally not an orange flavored lover, but this orange is the best I've ever tasted. I also love how there isn't carbonation in it. It's so smooth going down and no bad after taste. I've tried the sour watermelon and orange, both are perfect.

So I've tried like every pre workout that has pretty much been on the market over the last 16 years or longer, and I can honestly say this stuff has by far the best taste. It will definitely get you feeling it in minutes after taking be careful to not take more than recommended scoops too!________

I'd say it fits perfectly into that newbie-intermediate unless double scooping along with the essential part it does that very well too, very balanced and good amounts of each ingredient, taste wise it's super good tastes just like a sunnyD if I were to compare

Essentials pre-workout has been my go-to for the past year. It has the perfect amount of caffeine and pump formula for an elite workout. Raw nutrition products will always be my first choice. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks for a pre-workout!

Orange is by far the best tasting pre workout I've ever had, it has absolutely no after taste and taste like freshly squeezed orange juice. The pump is crazy as it and with the pink Himalayan salt my pumps are even crazier, the and the focus is on gene crazier. I definitely recommend and will buy again ____

Have used it a couple times so far and the taste hasn't gotten old yet. It also has given me some solid pumps each time and It gives me that perfect tingle to keep me in the zone but not too much so I'm itching myself the whole time. Highly recommend!

Great formula, perfect for someone who wants a boost but doesn't wanna be so boosted to where it's hard to focus on each set. The pump is great as well, raw does a great job at having quality ingredients in each supplement. I worked in a supplement shop for a bit and I couldn't recommend any raw products enough! Great company, great people, great stuff.
