I’m 70 and in great physical shape. I have worked out with weights most of my life and have used other pre workout supplements. I just started using this pre-workout a few months back and for me, it’s the best I’ve ever used. It gives me so much more energy to extend my workouts X 2. Sometimes I want to keep going. I’m not crazy about the taste 😝 but I have no problem drinking it. Some reviews say it makes them itch. I have found this with many pre workout supplements, I like it, it tells me it working. For me it’s the best, give it a try.

Honestly bum does taste a bit like bum, at least compared to alternatives like c4 specifically. It's after taste is too chemical and artificial sweetener vibes. I really wish Sam's Club would carry Hawaiian Punch c4.
